About: Caring for animals has been apart of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with pets and owned several of my own as an adult, so I know firsthand what it means to love an animal like family and what owners need when they hand them off to someone else. My Schedule/Routine: I have a very flexible work schedule that allows me to request off specific dates and times so I can accommodate your pets needs. Safety, Trust & Environment: While I am at your house, I try to find a spot to sit and hang out in areas where your pet is most comfortable. I will sit and watch movies and I'm always more than happy to cuddle up if they want to! If I'm not watching movies I will be working on my laptop. I follow any schedule left for me regarding feedings times, walks, meds, etc. At night, if your pet wants to sleep in bed with me I am more than happy to welcome them up.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for over 10 years, house-sitting for friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues. Potty-trained puppies, taught tricks to both cats and dogs, and worked with dogs of all ages on proper leash manners. Every animal I’ve owned has been a rescue, so I’m familiar with the trauma and anxiety a lot of dogs carry. That means I move slowly with nervous pets, let them set the pace, and never force interaction. My own Lab-Pitty mix has severe allergies, so I’ve mastered the art of hiding medicine in treats - pills, drops, whatever your pet needs. I’m home most of the day, so your pet won’t be sitting alone waiting for me. I’ll stick to their normal feeding and walk schedule, and send photo updates so you know exactly how they’re doing. Pets are never left unsupervised outside. My HOA doesn’t allow fences, so all potty breaks and outdoor time happen on leash with me right there. If your dog is comfortable on a tie-out and you’re okay with it, I’m happy to use one - always supervised, but leash is my default. Indoors, I keep exterior doors and gates checked, store food and medications out of reach, and give new pets a slow introduction to the space before they have the run of it. When I’m house-sitting, I follow your routine exactly: same feeding times, same walk schedule, same rules you have at home. I ask for your vet’s info and the nearest emergency clinic before every stay, and I’ll text you right away if anything seems off. My own dog (a friendly, well-socialized Lab-Pitty mix) lives here, so your dog will have company. I do slow, leashed introductions before anyone’s off duty, and I can keep them separated with gates and crates if your dog prefers their own space or if it’s just not a match.

About: I am experienced in caring for all sorts of animals; from your standard dogs and cats to lizards, birds, fish, and bunnies. Personally my own pets were a cat, salamander, fish and a dog. I recently adopted 2 kittens of my own and I live with other people who are able to care for them while I'm away loving on your pets. I also have experience with giving animals medication. I work a job during the day from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, but am able to spend overnights with your animals as well as weekends or holidays (my family is local so I don't travel over holidays). I am available for dog walking, in-home/overnight care, or daily drop-in care. I want to make sure that the transition is as smooth as possible between my care and yours so I try to keep your pet's schedule as close to your current regimen as possible. I care for every animal as if they were my own and currently have no pets of my own which allows me to give all my attention to your furry friends. Before caring for your pets I love to get a little bit of a house tour to learn where you keep the food, treats, litterboxes, litter for the boxes, toys, etc. Additionally if you have your pet's vet information and/or list of nearby emergency pet clinics this is always appreciated information which I hope I never need to use but is good to keep on hand.

About: Growing up in a house of animals, and having a small zoo of my own (2 dogs and 2 cats), I have a lot of experience taking care of animals. I have dog and cat sat for friends for years. I am currently available for Drop ins and Walks. I try to spend a bare minimum of 15 minutes with any drop in to make sure they get all the attention that they need. As the owner of a 15 lb dog and a 80 lb dog, I understand that all Walks aren't created equal. My Walks always vary based off of the needs of the dog. I am also an avid cat lover.
