About: I have taken care of both my two dogs since I was 8 years old. I have trained both of my dogs, fed, and walked them daily. I have also house sat for two other dogs. One was less than 8 months old and the other was 2 years old. I house sat those two yorkies for a week. I am not working this summer so I will be able to take care of your pets 24/7. I am an animal lover and will take great care of your babies as if they were my own. I am flexible with strictness of schedules and particular pets as I know some animals have their quirks. I have one friendly beagle who is 9 years old. She is very laid back and typically spends most of her day voluntarily in her crate. She goes on daily walks but these can also be separated from your pet walks if needed.

I have work at a dog daycare, where I’ve learned a lot about dog behavior, body language, and how to make dogs feel safe and comfortable. About: I’ve taken care of my family dog throughout middle school and teenage years. Neighbors, friends, and family members have relied on me to watch their pets as well. This includes, walking, bathing, medication administration, feeding, playing, and any other necessities the pet may need. I currently have two cats. I know pets can become stressed when their owner isn’t around and that it takes time to make them feel at ease, with going the extra mile to make them comfortable. As a pet owner myself, I want to know that my pets are safe and happy while I’m away and would like to provide the same to you! I currently have two cats that I care for every day, both of whom have different medical needs that require proper attention and consistency. Because of this, I am very comfortable with routines, monitoring pets closely, and making sure they receive the care they need. I work a regular schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and sometimes until 4:00 PM. This allows me to be available in the mornings and evenings for pet care. My boyfriend also has a flexible schedule and can help during the day if needed, which gives us additional flexibility to make sure pets receive the attention and care they deserve. I have two cats of my own who are truly my babies, and both are rescues. Maggie has diabetes and requires insulin twice a day, and Finny has food allergies along with another allergy we are still working to identify. Because his allergies can lead to ear infections, we take extra preventative steps by using ear drops twice a week to help keep his ears healthy. Caring for them has given me a lot of experience with attentive, routine-based pet care and administering medications. I plan to care for your pets the same way I care for my own with patience, attention, plenty of playtime, and lots of snuggles.

“Ingrid completed 3 drop in visits for my old kitty cat named Phantom. She sent me detailed updates and photos everyday. Phantom has an issue with going potty outside the box and Ingrid replaced the per pads, cleaned up a kitty mess in the kitchen and I came home to a clean litter box. About: I have a high-energy husky named Neko who created a lot of my recent experience. We go on daily adventurous hikes (although in the summer, less). He is my travel companion; I take him everywhere and you will rarely see me without him! He has taught me patience in the best ways. Prior to him, I have been an animal lover (mostly cats and dogs) my whole life. I have baby sat a puppy in the past, I know they are a lot of work but it is something I can do. I can do cat care as well, like the basics. Food, litter box etc. Expect me to be hanging out with your pet however they thrive best. If you have an active dog and the weather is good, we will probably be outside every couple hours. I work from home and take lots of breaks throughout the day with my husky, who typically enjoys lots of outside time. If you have a cat, they will potentially be sitting on my keyboard as I am trying to work, and we love that. I will follow whatever routines you have set in place already for a consistent experience so the pet is OK with their human being away. Also, it could be a good time to have new adventures on walks, likely on a leash and in public park or bike trail.

About: Growing up in a house of animals, and having a small zoo of my own (2 dogs and 2 cats), I have a lot of experience taking care of animals. I have dog and cat sat for friends for years. I am currently available for Drop ins and Walks. I try to spend a bare minimum of 15 minutes with any drop in to make sure they get all the attention that they need. As the owner of a 15 lb dog and a 80 lb dog, I understand that all Walks aren't created equal. My Walks always vary based off of the needs of the dog. I am also an avid cat lover. I am more than happy to stop by and feed, clean the litter box, and snuggle/play with your feline friends. Currently I work full time on the West side of the cities, but I have Sundays and Mondays off to help with your animal needs. My hope is to expand my availability over time. My current weekend lines up with some weekdays. I spend most of those days out and about, so I'd love to check in on some cute animal while I am at it! Slow and steady is always best. I am a believer in letting animals come to you. I have experience with a kennel trained and unkennel trained dogs. As the owner of a 15 lb dog and a 80 lb dog, I am experienced in walking all sizes of dogs.

I don’t own a crate, but can easily bring one into my home if needed. “Alexis is the best and worked really hard to make Walter feel comfortable, I will definitely be using her again. Let me tell you a story. One morning, Alexis was checking on my dog. She accidentally locked herself out of my house. Bummer, right? I was really mad for a while. Not Alexis' fault, since I thought my roommate wasn't going to be home but he actually was and locked her out without realizing it. Anyway, instead of leaving my dog in the yard and leaving, she stayed with my dog until I came home from camping that afternoon, gave him water, walked him extra, and kept him from freaking out. She really treated my dog like her own.”
