Fun, retired gal with a pup!
I have been a dog owner/carer since I was young, and as an adult I have owned many dogs. My dogs are like my children and I have only ever used Rover for their care, which is why I know I would make a great sitter. I am retired, live an active lifestyle and have a pup who will be 2 in June 2025. We walk at least twice a day and hit the dog park for extra exercise.

Great communication along with multiple pics and updates. Handsome Hank looked so happy and relaxed when I picked him up i wasn’t sure if he wanted to leave! Will definitely go with Carrie the next time we need someone to watch Hank.
Carrie was so patient with our dog and sent us lots of great photos! She is flexible and adapted to our dog’s needs, which was greatly appreciated.
Wow, Carrie, was just great! We met with her before our trip and met Willow. Carrie made sure she knew Ruby's daiiy routine and preferences. I'm always nervous before dropping off Ruby with someone new but Carrie made sure we knew how she was doing throughout our trip. She provided photos, gave updates on what they had done for the day and checked in when she was concerned Ruby wasn't eating , offering strategies for me to consider. Ruby got play time with other dogs, snuggles, several walks and lots of outdoor time (which makes her so happy). I didn't have to worry for a minute how things were going. We will definitely use Carrie again for future trips. She is very conscientious and clearly loves dogs.
Mikey was well cared for by Carrie! He had a great time ant her home, and I could relax knowing he was in good hands. Carrie is very communicative and reliable. I highly recommend her for your pet care needs and we will for sure be using her again!

Schedule
I am retired and can make anything work, including early morning dropoffs, late night pickups, plenty of potty breaks and walks. Also any number of drop ins to your home. I do charge an extra $30 for any booking request within 24 hours of a sit, as I may need to rearrange my schedule.

I do not have a fenced yard but I do have a decent front and side yard. The local walking path and park is just a block away. I can offer one portable crate if needed. My own pet stays in a crate at night and when I am away. I have a gate to the stairs and she is not upstairs.

A typical day
A typical day is feed, potty, then a walk around the neighborhood. Playing inside with toys. A walk later in the day, dinner. Potty breaks at least every 2 hours.
