“Richard was very thorough and thoughtful with his communication when we first did a meet and greet. It was easy to drop off and pick up Effy. He also gave a hand written report card with nice scoring and notes.”

“It was my first time leaving Ace with someone and Mary eased all my worries! She constantly sent me pictures of him and updating me! When I picked Ace up he was not wanting to leave and as soon as he got in the car fell asleep which showed me that he’d been playing the whole time! The next day when I dropped him off he was eager to get to Mary’s. He even got on the car all by himself! Mary and her husband are great for the dogs and very flexible with pick up/drop off times which is a big plus for me.”

“My experience was great. It was very easy and smooth each day that I brought my puppy over. She seemed happy when she got home and had clearly spent some energy throughout the day! Would recommend. Thanks again!”

“Leah was so kind and welcoming. She took great care of our dog and was extremely flexible when we needed to change our end time at the last minute. We’d go back to her again in a heartbeat!”

About: I've been an animal lover ever since I was a kid. I grew up with cocker spaniels, a few cats and boxers! My family did boxer rescue for years while I was still living at home so I have experience with alot of different temperaments + sizes of dogs. I also have my own boxers, Red and Max. They are older boys but get along well with other dogs. I am a realtor and work from home the majority of the time. If I'm not working from home, I'm coming and going so I have the flexibility to either care for dog(s) in my own home or to provide drop-in visits in your home. I am located in Fountain Square. I would care for your pet as I would my own whether in your home or mine. I would prefer to board dogs who are crate trained.

“Minji was amazing! Our dog Oslo stayed with her and her husband for four hours and during the entire stay she sent us loads of pictures and videos to keep us informed. They took him for a long walk, let him play in their yard. She was prompt with responses and extremely professional throughout. I was super happy Oslo got to stay with them and would leave Oslo with her again in a heartbeat.”

About: Hi all! I'm Courtney, I work in animal welfare and have over a decade of experience in the vet field working as a vet assistant and medical care coordinator, I have cared for all kinds of animals, if your fur baby needs oral, transdermal, injectable medications, fluids, bladder expression, or just extra time and cuddles I am more than willing and capable, just let me know what your pet needs and I'll take care of them in a loving, timely and professional matter. I have a mother-in-law suite in the back end of the house where they hangout whenever I'm at work and at night (I only crate upon owner request or if they become destructive) the room has a door that leads straight to the back yard, a 1/2 acre yard that has a secure 6ft fence. I do take multiple bookings at once, though I keep all dogs that are not from the same household separate for safety, even if everyone is dog friendly it only takes once for something to go wrong and I won't take that chance. For all boarders I can provide all bedding and bowls, you will have to provide food/litter and any medications needed, I do always recommend bringing their favorite toys and a item of bedding from home so that they have that familiarity but it's not required. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

“Tonya was amazing!!! Elvis had so much fun at her daycare. She was so sweet and sent me photos and was fast at responding!!! Elvis came back super tired and satisfied from his day! We are pleased and will be coming back!!!”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life, caring for dogs and cats. I have raised 4 dogs as an adult, and have a very smart and weet Doodle named Ripley. In a previous job, I worked at a dog daycare/boarding facility and am used to quite the variety of dogs. I’m capable of trimming nails and giving baths, providing transport to appointments, and anything else I could help with! I have 3 cats that I adore very much, and usually foster kittens in the springtime. I am comfortable with dogs and cats of any age or breed, or size. I am able to give medications, as well. I am very available to meet and spend time with your pets! I am available early in the morning and late at night, as well. I’m happy to stay overnight with your pets. I’m happy to care for your pets in your home, for a daytime visit or overnight stays. Dogs are welcome in our home, provided they are not reactive to cats.

“Hoa was wonderful! You could tell she really loved dogs and my dog got along great with her pup. She was a great communicator and was overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend Hoa!”

“Leo absolutely loves Mona. We have had him stay with her 3 times now. He always comes back exhausted. For Christmas, Mona and her friends from church made each pup staying there stockings filled with treats! We are and definitely will continue to be repeat clients of hers!”

About: I truly care about dogs and know I can do a good job taking care of yours. I have had plenty of pets including a dog, hamsters, guinea pigs, and bunnies. I also fostered dogs with organizations based in NYC called Muddy Paws & See Spot Rescued. I will care for your dog as if it were my own because I know what’s it’s like to be constantly worried about them. Hope this gave a relative insight on me and why I’d be the right person to care for your dog as needed! I work fully remote as an accountant so I can keep your dog company throughout the day! I also start work at 10AM so I’m available to walk your dog in the mornings as needed as well. I have fostered several dogs so I’m very conscious of providing a safe environment within my home. This tends to coincide with keeping a tidy place to ensure your dog won’t accidentally eat or play with anything dangerous!

“This was our first Rover experience and Faran was a great first. She was so flexible and sent us great pics along the way. She taught us even some great doggy ideas we’ll take with us - ping pong ball play and warm towel doggy burrito. We will definitely use Faran again the next time we’re in DC.”

Indianapolis dog parents share their Rover experiences
This was the second time we’ve used Emily! We were in town for a few days, and she watched our pups while we went to a Fever game! She did a great job with them. They were very content and happy when we got back. They didn’t want her to leave. We’ll use her again!!!

Sharon was fantastic! Appears my dogs never even missed us! Ideal arrangement for us to have her watch them while we visited with a friend and her husband when passing through Indianapolis on our way to Wisconsin from our home outside Nashville, TN. Thank you Sharon! I highly recommend others use Sharon if wanting a loving home your pets can stay at when not able to accompany you. I have one dog around 60 lbs and other around 20 lbs. both rotten so loving care is what I want when needing an alternate care arrangement. Sharon met our needs! Now back on the highway.
