About: Hi! I’m Chelsea! I have owned and have lots of experience caring for animals since I was young and I have a special place in my heart for dogs and cats! I owned my last dog since she was a puppy and raised her for her entire life. I realize taking a chance on a new sitter is scary but I will do whatever it takes to meet your expectations and I will treat your fur babies the way I would treat my own! I am certified by the American Red Cross in cat and dog first aid/cpr. I also bring a pet first aid kit with me to every visit. I hope I will never need it but you can feel confident if the situation arises that I will do my best to care for your pet until they can be transported to the vet! Just like us humans, animals are all very different and therefore their care should be adapted to each individual pet! I focus on keeping your pets feel calm, safe, and loved by keeping their environment as close to as it would be if you were there! I will accommodate your fur babies with whatever they may need! Going on walks, throwing a ball, practicing their newly learned tricks, grooming, feeding or even just some plain old snuggle time! I will take care to follow your instructions thoroughly when it comes to feeding and caring for them. I will never go off the diet unless instructed by you! I work from home so my schedule is very open and flexible and I am also willing to work early mornings, nights, weekends and most holidays! We just had a fence installed so doggy day care is open for business!!! I am also very comfortable with walking dogs or simply letting them out in their own back yard. I currently have 3 cats that all have different dietary needs so I have experience in different types of feeding. I am willing to clean up messes as well! Safety is important to everyone and I will treat your home as if it were my own and I will follow any safety/security protocols you set to ensure your confidence in coming home to your house exactly as you left it!

My dogs have special dietary needs and she makes sure they only get their specific food. About: I have personally owned dogs and cats most of my life. I honestly can't begin to imagine my life without my furry friends! I am happy to give your fir family a place to geek at home while you have to be away! I work from home, so I am at home most of the time to care for and interact with any furry friend I am lucky enough to have visiting. In my home, pets share the same spaces as I do. My yard is completely fenced with a tall, sturdy privacy fence. In the house, I have the ability to provide quiet places when a visiting fur friend needs a little time to think about their human

“Absolutely would recommend Tom and Katherine to watch your dog! I needed a regular daycare for my dog and Tom and Katherine were more than willing to work around my schedule. I took Maverick for a trial daycare and I could immediately tell how attentive they were to my pup and his needs. They frequently sent photos and videos and took in my dog like he was one of their own. Their own dogs were extremely friendly and welcoming to my dog. You can just tell that they treat dogs as family members and not just an animal. I could tell how happy he was from his day with them and got back a tired and happy dog. I am so excited that I found them on Rover and am excited for weekly daycare with them! Would recommend them to everyone who needs a babysitter, daycare, boarding, or whatever your needs are!”

“Chelsie is very good with all kinds of animals. Whether dog sitting with her parents dog or coming over and playing with my dog, I’ve seen few people who genuinely love animals more than her. She’s very calm and patient with them, but also loves to play with them and let them know how loved they are. I cannot think of many people I’d rather want to watch my dog or help take care of it than her. There are people who enjoy dogs, but Chelsie genuinely LOVES them.”

“I’ve seen Katherine care for other dogs the way she cares for her own; and hers are the most spoiled-with-love dogs you’ll ever meet. The running joke is how she’s every dog’s favorite, even beyond their owners. She has nannied humans and dogsat for her loved ones for decades; this is a very logical next step for her. She’s also smart and responsible; she recently earned her MBA, and works as an accountant serving our military. This “job” will never feel like work for her, though, because dogs are her major passion. Trust me- I’ve had to stop the car so she could meet any and all Boston terriers we’ve run across!”
