She gave me a tour and talked to me about what and how she cares for her animals. She didn't pressure me to book with her, but I'm so glad I did! She has a great place for dogs. Coconut had a great time playing with the other dogs there, and there was a quiet space for her to relax and sleep when she got tired. About: I worked in marine mammal care and training at The Indianapolis Zoo for 10 years, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from Purdue University. My partner and I both work from home and we have two dogs of our own, so pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. I have 2 friendly, crate trained dogs who get walks 2-3 times/day. We also recently built a mini dog park in our back yard for dogs who prefer to be off leash, but also need to be supervised while outside.

About: I grew up taking care of several cats, and as a mom I helped my 4 daughters raise and train for obedience 3 dogs. Recently, I worked for 3 years at a (small animal & equestrian) veterinarian clinic in the front office. I take care of walking,feeding, and loving on my neighbors’ pets on a regular basis. My day job is somewhat flexible on start and end times, most afternoons I work from home and I can fit in breaks when neeeded I will adapt to your pet’s personality and level of desire for interaction. When taking your pet out, I am mindful of whether or not to let them interact with other pets and people.

“Hope took excellent care of our pup Zetta, who QUITE unexpectedly started her first (and hopefully only as her spay appointment was already scheduled when this happened) heat cycle the day we left her with Hope. Hope calmly communicated what was going on and was great about keeping Zetta. She knew I was freaked out about this starting and me not being around to monitor/take care of Zetta so she sent me several updates throughout the day. About: I have always had pets, but now I just have my school-age son and a huge yard. I especially love big dogs! I am quite active and capable of going on runs or long walks with your pet if they need it. I'm currently only working 16-19 hours a week as a librarian with a kid in school. I'm flexible during the days I don't work. We live in a very walkable neighborhood and have a big fenced in yard for dogs to run free. I have a .65 acre yard fully fenced in. Our neighborhood has limited traffic and we keep our spaces very tidy. I am also very active and keeping your pet exercised would fun fun for me!

About: I work from home, and set my own schedule, so your dog will get *extra* care and attention. I'm eager to serve you by taking *great* care of your dog. Literally, I never met a dog I didn't like. Because of my flexible work-at-home schedule and the fact that I operate my own small business, your dog will fit very well into my daily schedule. While I know you might prefer a fenced yard, I actually think that leash walking is often better and I will take your dog for at least three walks per day. If you allow and like the idea, I will even take them to a local nearby dog park managed by the town of Zionsville. I pay for a a membership there and I think it is great for socialization. However, that is entirely up to you.
