Jenny is a sweet kitty but is apprehensive with new people (especially if we are not around for security). From the first visit Jan had the perfect way to get Jenny to warm up to her. After each visit we had prompt updates and pictures. Jenny looked very happy and comfortable with her new friend, Jan. We will definitely be using Jan in the future to take care of Jenny.”
