Mi was caring; provided outstanding care to Lily. She was very attentive and supportive regarding Lily's needs. Mi sent us updates along with videos and pictures of Lily's day. We had such a great experience with Juan. This was our first time leaving Teddy with them and Juan made us feel very comfortable.
