About: I was raised around both cats and dogs and still take care of many today. I am the first person friends & family call if they ever need a sitter for their cats or just advice on any issues they’re having as new cat owners. I’ve been in love with animals of all kind for as long as I can remember, driving me to pursue this degree! While at Rutgers, I gained hands-on experience working with horses, cows, goats, sheep, and pigs on the university farm. Additionally, I’ve spent over five years as a veterinary assistant and surgical nurse at a pet hospital, specializing in the care of cats and dogs. I’m proficient in administering oral medications and subcutaneous or intramuscular injections. I also have experience with chemotherapy medications, having cared for my dog, who has had a bladder tumor for nearly three years. I share my home with a grumpy 14-year-old Bichon Frise/Shih-Tzu and a 4-year-old Scottish Fold cat with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, whom I rescued during my time at the veterinary clinic. My love for animals knows no bounds, and I treat every pet in my care as if they were my own! With a passion for animals and years of experience, I offer a range of services including dog walking, overnight care, and pet sitting! So whether you're going on a weekend getaway or need someone to take care of your fur baby during the day, I've got you covered! I will gladly send you pictures and video updates of your sweet kitty or pupper! I also am happy to play with them using their favorite toys and don't mind spending extra time for a snuggle session while I’m there! I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology at Kean University with the goal of working with children. In addition, I wanted to continue my passion for working with cats and dogs, so I decided what better way than pet-sitting! I’m available all day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. On Thursdays, I’m available from the morning until 3:30 p.m! Please note that my house sitting fee covers 10-12 hours overnight (depending on my availability) and one midday drop-in! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I adhere strictly to their established routines to ensure the pets feel comfortable and secure. I follow the feeding schedules, provide fresh water, and engage in stimulating playtime and exercise tailored to each pet’s needs. I also ensure the home remains secure and well-maintained during my visits. This includes tidying up areas like vacuuming around the litter box and cleaning up any pet-related messes. Additionally, I provide regular updates with photos and messages to keep the pet parent informed about their pets’ well-being!

About: Prior to moving towns I used to pet sit for all of my neighbors. Pets large and small, it didn’t matter but it was always fun. I’m starting my MBA next fall so anything earned on here will go towards that goal of mine! I’ve owned pets for over 12 years and have been taking care of others for 6 so almost all throughout high school and undergrad. I can walk multiple dogs at once, great with elderly animals, experienced with puppies, able to administer pet medication, etc. If you have questions reach out! Currently I am taking two online summer courses for my MBA with Sacred Heart University. I go to the gym 4 times a week and work drop in bartending shifts sometimes on weekends. Since I make my own schedule pet care fits very well into it because I can tailor mine to fit the animals needs! I don’t offer in home care at the moment because my sister recently got hip surgery so I’m waiting until she’s more comfortable to have other peoples pets at home. Otherwise I have two sweet dogs who have coexisted well with pets that I’ve taken care of in the past as well as cats they stay in their own room.

Our dog friendly pup will keep your fur baby company either running around in our fenced-in yard or chilling out inside. We have a pretty relaxed style in taking care of your pet. Hi! We are home full time. We will give your pup the TLC he/she is used to at home. Our dog friendly pup will keep your fur baby company while running around in the fenced-in yard or chilling out inside. I require a meet and greet with your dog before a scheduled stay to make sure your dog gets along with my pets and feels comfortable in our home. You can always book a daycare before a longer stay so your dog gets used to our home. Our cat keeps to himself most of the day. It is important that your dog is fairly well behaved and does not: *jump on furniture without permission *chew on inappropriate items such as shoes (unless it's a puppy which of course we will plan accordingly) *or drool excessively He/she should be easygoing, and most importantly, should not be aggressive. We live in a single family home with a fenced-in yard (6' high PVC) and 1 friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. We also have a crate that can be used if your dogs prefers. The cat litter is kept in a room blocked off by pet gates where only the cat will have access.
