“Chelsea was the first person I tried on Rover, because I have a very hard time trusting anyone with my animals. I'm glad I chose to try Rover because when we met Chelsea we really felt comfortable with her and noticed that she listened to what WE wanted. Our dog really liked her and our breed is not the friendliest. Chelsea was warm and sensible and did a great job walking our dog and also spending a little time getting to know him and us. I would highly recommend Chelsea to anyone.”

“Zac is a dependable dog walker and communicator. Always on time and super reliable to be efficient, kind and organized. I looked forward to getting the walk information for my pup and photos each day while I was away. Zac is a trusted and experience walker. 5 ⭐️ stars!”

About: If you're looking for a dog-lover and loyal caretaker, I'm here for you and your pet! I'm happy to provide a loving space for your pet while you travel, or walks when needed. I work from home mostly--I am in the office two days a week (every Tuesday and Wednesday.) All other days I am flexible with my schedule. About: I've had dogs in my family for as long as I can remember. My family's golden retriever, Molly, is the center of my attention when I'm at home in NJ. I signed up to be a pet sitter on Rover because I miss always having dogs around for me to take care of, and it makes me very happy to do so. I recently graduated from BU with a master's in neurobiology, and I'm looking for ways to earn money on weekdays to full my time as I'm searching for a full-time job. On Saturdays and Sundays, I work at Brothers & Sisters Cafe in Brookline. I am available any time during regular weekdays. Simple, lots of love and attention! I will make sure your dog is properly is fed, walked, and happy. I am also happy to provide cleaning services.
“Lisbeth has been a wonderful addition to our family of pet caretakers! She is always on time and polite, and Ravioli always has a good walk- looking forward to having Lisbeth help us for a long time!”

“Melissa was great with my dog, Blaze! She not only provided Blaze with much needed exercise on her daily walks, but she almost always stuck around to give a little tender love and care to our pooch. She also brought in our mail, which was an unexpected perk. I highly recommend Melissa. She is a reliable and loving caretaker of dogs.”

“Eilleen continues to be a lifesaver in our busy daily schedules! Our dog Abby is always so excited to see her and she gets wonderful long walks and we get lots of information about her acitivities during the visit. Thank you Eilleen!”

“Both Kelce and I loved Leigh. She showed Kelce so much love when we met for the first time and Kelce loved her back! I will definitely recommend and will continue to work with her.”

About: Note: We are currently training our new dog so best services to book are drop-in visits, walks, or sitting at your home. However, some exceptions may be possible for care at our home, feel free to message me to explore, thank you! 👋 Spoil your well-behaved pup in a lap of luxury with a HUGE 1-acre fenced yard that they can roam free in anytime they’d like. Conveniently located just off Route 17, we are a mature, responsible, and drama-free dog auntie and uncle who are both home full time — me as the primary caretaker, and my partner as a backup (if you’d like). It helps make coverage more reliable, and play time feel a lot more like family time for your pup (except no kids). We are not the types to be addicted to our phones because we believe in being present when spending time with fur friends. We also typically don’t take in too many so that we can provide more attention, and be available when you need us. It’s quality over quantity for us! :) Before requesting a stay, please read my “About” section to see if we are a good fit for each other! Ps. I don’t charge if you are late to pickup by a few hours, so don’t worry about that. New Rover Customers: Use my referral link to get $20 off your first service https://www.rover.com/sit/melindac23 I do sometimes get requests to watch pups in NYC but my spouse and I are both currently home in NJ full-time. I believe in mutual respect, gentle care, and transparency, and would treat your pup the same way I would want mine to be cared for. My friends’ furbabies affectionately call me “auntie” :) I understand how being away from your loved one can cause stress or anxiety (unfortunately, we had a bad experience with a sitter once, so I personally relate to this feeling all too well). I can provide multiple updates a day (or less) if you’d like — photos, videos, and even video calls — whatever will help you feel comforted that they are safe and well cared for. We have a unique property, a huge, park-like fully-fenced yard on a cul-de-sac street (but the fence is only 4 ft high, please confirm that your dog cannot jump it). I have a medium size crate if your pups like them. Multiple dog beds throughout the house and no more than 5 stairs anywhere. I’m equipped to take in two dogs at a time, but I don’t have to if you prefer your pup to have a solo stay.
“Emma went above and beyond caring for my dogs. She was punctual, thoughtful, and treated our dog like her own. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup and couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!”

“Janette was so sweet! I felt bad because my husband left on a trip and it was such a last minute request. She still was able to fit Finn in and provided pictures and a great report card. Finn was so happy! :) thank you again Janette!!”

About: Hi! I love dogs since I was 6 years old. I specialize in taking care of small dogs up to 25 pounds. I currently have 2 pups - 3 year old Yorkie named Cosita & 3 year old pug named Madrid. Before them, I've taken care of my pugs, Miami & Aliza (both 16 years old when they passed away in December 2020 & February 2021), along with pets of my neighbors, friends, and family friends. I know almost every dog breed by heart. My favorite dog breeds are Pugs and Yorkshire Terriers. I am available during the work week to take care of your fur baby, as I work from home part-time. This means that I am able to provide your pet with plenty of attention and exercise, even on weekdays. I am also able to adjust my schedule to accommodate your pet's needs, such as if they need to be fed or let outside at specific times. I am committed to providing your pet with the best possible care, and I will do everything I can to make sure they feel comfortable and loved while you are away. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs - my Yorkshire Terrier and my Pug - to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed (only if you instruct so)... I am also experienced in dog walking and drop-in visits. I make sure that your fur baby has water, food, and is able to do their business outside. ****I only accept dogs that weigh no more than 25 pounds**** Please feel free to reach out to book me and ask me any questions and/or comments! :)
