It is important that your dog is fairly well behaved and does not: *jump on furniture without permission *chew on inappropriate items such as shoes (unless it's a puppy which of course we will plan accordingly) *or drool excessively He/she should be easygoing, and most importantly, should not be aggressive. We live in a single family home with a fenced-in yard (6' high PVC) and 1 friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. We also have a crate that can be used if your dogs prefers. The cat litter is kept in a room blocked off by pet gates where only the cat will have access.

About: The highlight of my dog's day is going on his walks, I want to make sure every pup gets to have theirs! Over 5 years of experience walking my own and my friends' dogs of different breeds and sizes. Experience with shy, timid rescues as well, my own dog is a pit/lab mix rescue from Texas and I was able to build up his confidence through regular routine walking! I have plenty of free time during the week to give your pup a quality walk, currently in between jobs so I am available most days. My dog, Bowie gets at least two 20-30 min walks a day with the occasional hike and dog park visit, I love to make sure he is active and having fun with water on hand for hot days or extra long walks to make sure he is hydrated throughout.

About: I've been a pet owner my whole life. There was always a dog in my home when I was a child. Later on, in my own home had raised two dogs and a cat from their earliest days. My sweet Golden Retriever, Milo, was with me and my kids since he was 10 weeks old. He was amazing! Sadly after a year of being sick and fighting a good fight, it became too much for him. My kids & I said goodbye to him with many tears and such a heaviness in our hearts. It has been sad not seeing his happy face when I come home or unusual to not have to take him out for his nighttime walk. We miss him so much! I would love to be able to share my love that I had for him with the caring of another dog. About: I am current graduate student at Ramapo college looking for a new way to spend time with dogs (since I can’t get one of my own just yet)! I just ended my time volunteering at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay as a short term volunteer with completing my undergraduate degree. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
