Hello! My name is Melissa, and I’ve been a pet sitter for more than 12 years. Pet sitting is a fun and rewarding side job for me while I work full-time as a school-based speech therapist. Because of my work schedule, I’m unable to provide midday visits and typically cannot arrive before 4:00 PM. I may also have occasional after-school appointments, so there are some afternoons or early evenings when I’m unavailable. I have experience administering medications, including pills and eye drops, from caring for my own dog. When considering requests, I also check the location to ensure I’m able to travel to you. I always look forward to meeting new pets and giving them the care and attention they deserve!

Since I’ve been dog sitting personally and with a company, I’ve learned to make sure doors are always locked and that nothing is out that the dogs or cats will get into.

Schedule
I work at an elementary school from 8 am until usually 3:30pm on weekdays but I may stay after some days as needed. Feel free to ask any questions!
