About: Hi! I love dogs since I was 6 years old. I specialize in taking care of small dogs up to 25 pounds. I currently have 2 pups - 3 year old Yorkie named Cosita & 3 year old pug named Madrid. Before them, I've taken care of my pugs, Miami & Aliza (both 16 years old when they passed away in December 2020 & February 2021), along with pets of my neighbors, friends, and family friends. I know almost every dog breed by heart. My favorite dog breeds are Pugs and Yorkshire Terriers. I am available during the work week to take care of your fur baby, as I work from home part-time. This means that I am able to provide your pet with plenty of attention and exercise, even on weekdays. I am also able to adjust my schedule to accommodate your pet's needs, such as if they need to be fed or let outside at specific times. I am committed to providing your pet with the best possible care, and I will do everything I can to make sure they feel comfortable and loved while you are away. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs - my Yorkshire Terrier and my Pug - to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed (only if you instruct so)... I am also experienced in dog walking and drop-in visits. I make sure that your fur baby has water, food, and is able to do their business outside. ****I only accept dogs that weigh no more than 25 pounds**** Please feel free to reach out to book me and ask me any questions and/or comments! :)

“Mia is absolutely amazing! My dogs adore her and get so excited every time she comes over. She has such a calm and loving energy that instantly puts them at ease. She is incredibly reliable, kind, and trustworthy, qualities that are so important when it comes to caring for our kids. She also house sat for us while we were away, and everything went perfectly. The house was spotless, and our pups were happy and well taken care of. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. We will definitely be hiring Mia again and recommending her to all our friends. She truly goes above and beyond.”

About: If you care enough to be here on Rover seeking a pet sitter, you must feel the same as I do; your pet is a family member. As a former veterinary technician, I can attest this is not the case with all people. Whether you use my services or not, I respect you very much for being here and appreciate your devotion to your pet. That being said, my commitment to taking care of animals reaches no bounds. I am a firm believer our pets don't live long enough, and for that reason any moment we can make special for them we should. I want each visit with your pet to be special. I will gladly send you video or text updates if requested. In short, what I want to offer is top-notch veterinary trained experience at an affordable rate. I welcome the opportunity to meet your pet(s)! I invite you to meet my pet family in the pictures below. Personally, I own a very active ten year old whippet pit bull mix. She has special needs and requires six small feedings a day as well as IBS management during times of transition. I have a two year old son who drops food often and I must be diligent about making sure she is not eating his food. I understand pets can be unpredictable and move fast when motivated as a result. It is important to foresee what negative things can happen so I make sure to be proactive while caring for my pets and others as well.
