“There is never any hesitation each time Rover asks me to leave a review for Jamie following our bookings. She is, hands-down, the best cat sitter we have had for our two cats,(following some very negative experiences), and my hope is that my reviews help other pet owners make the decision to hire Jamie for their pet-sitting needs! One of our cats has pretty severe separation anxiety when we leave for an extended period of time. We’ve come home in the past to our house in disarray and some ruined furniture. However, since hiring Jamie to sit for us, we've had ZERO issues when arriving home. It's clear to us that our cats not only trust her, but that her care for them translates into them feeling safe and taken care of. We come home to cats that are content, happy and not-at-all anxious. To be able to enjoy vacation without worrying about our pets or what we might come home to, is such a huge relief. Jamie is the ultimate professional and we highly recommend her to any pet owner out there. Not only is she a great pet sitter, but she’s also goes above and beyond to take care of our home. For past bookings, I’ve asked if she was able to spritz my orchids while taking care of the boys. She, of course, has always obliged. However, this time around, I forgot to ask for that specific task and resigned myself to the fact that my orchids might be a little dry when I arrived home. BUT, when receiving my first update from Jamie, I saw that she remembered past bookings and took the time to spritz my plants without me asking. Those small acts and her attention to detail will always have me coming back to Jamie for our home/pet sitting needs. We are so grateful and blessed to have found her! I hope that any owner reading this review will eventually get to leave their own : )”

About: I am retired and have recently relocated to northern jersey. I am an avid animal lover. I have always had my own pets. Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to my fur baby of 13 1/2 years and am not quite ready to adopt at this time but sincerely miss having an animal in my life. I am helping to care for a dear friend’s cat and although truthfully I am more a "dog" person, I now find myself beginning to appreciate "cats”. Cats are really fascinating (and a lot different) than dogs. I believe that I am a person who you can trust with one of your most prized possessions, your "fur-babies". I love walking, so dog walking is a win win!! Drop in visits are also no problem!! Unfortunately. I am unable to offer pet sitting at this time. I love to walk and especially enjoy walking for a furry companion. Home visits for either dogs and cats are also something I enjoy doing. I am currently unavailable for pet sitting. However, I do prefer walking small or medium dogs and will give them the exercise and/or company they need.

I’ve also volunteered at veterinary clinics and animal shelters, making sure every animal I meet feels safe, cared for, and loved. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, or just keeping them comfortable, I treat every pet like family. As a nursing student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate time to pet care. I’m physically active and love staying on the move, which makes walks and playtime even more enjoyable. I’m available for walks two days a week and on weekends, and I’ll always make sure your pets get the exercise and attention they need I’ll come to pick up your dog and take them for a walk around your neighborhood or the nearest park—whichever you prefer. Walks can be as long as you’d like, and I’ll make sure to keep things safe and enjoyable using proper walking practices. After the walk, I’m happy to spend extra time playing and giving your pup attention. I’ll only provide treats if you’re comfortable with it, so your dog’s routine and health always come first.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and can’t imagine not having them around. I’ve had multiple dogs since I was a kid, which taught me how to care for pets of all sizes and personalities. I also worked at a dog kennel, where I gained hands-on experience with dogs of every breed, from energetic puppies to calm seniors. I’m very comfortable handling different temperaments and following specific routines or care instructions. I’m also great with cats and have cared for my friends’ two cats while they were away. I currently work full time remotely, which gives me a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I typically work a standard 9–5, but since I’m home throughout the day, I’m able to accommodate pet care requests within reason. Whether it’s a quick walk, drop-in visit, or extended stay, I can easily adjust my routine to make sure your pet gets the attention and care they need. I have two dogs of my own, and since one doesn’t get along well with other dogs, I don’t offer boarding in my home. However, I’m more than happy to care for pets in their own environment, where they’re most comfortable. I can come to your home for drop-in visits, walks, or even overnight stays if needed. Everyone that knows me, knows that I am the ultimate pet lover and treated my dogs as well as my children. We have a nice home in River Vale, NJ with a huge 6' high fenced in yard. I am married with triplets - 22 years old and they love playing with our guest dogs. I have my own big crate set up (only if you crate your dog) and ready to welcome your dog(s) into my home when you need to be away overnight or for an extended period of time. I will do my best to keep your treasured pet on their own schedule with feedings, playtime and time outside running around the back yard or if you prefer, walks only. I've made floor dogs into lap dogs, they get extra spoiled with me! You will also get lots of photos & updates when you are away. I just recently changed my setting to small to medium dogs if you are a repeat customer and can not find me on line. I'm also available for dog day care in my home if my calendar is free. I look forward to getting to know you and your wonderful pets. I am available on weekdays at anytime in between school drop off and pickup as I have three children in school. Can make availability on weekends too. My home is fully fenced in and is extremely dog friendly and doggy safe. I have an extra large yard which is great for dogs to run, play and get out some energy while getting some exercise.

About: Hello! Since I was a child I've been a huge lover of animals.
