About: Have had a wonderful cockapoo for nearly 6 years. I have perfected my art of walking and if schedules align would love to bring your dog along too! Usually available before 7am then 930-3pm and again in the late evening if needed. Caring for my own dog and family and when possible your dog, too! I have a very dog friendly home for my dog. I use a leash in my own yard for my dog. If working in another persons home I would respect their rules and expectations on caring for their dog.

About: I've been around animals my whole life, growing up on a farm surrounded by horses, dogs, and cats. I truly enjoy their company and currently share my home with two wonderful cats, Blueberry Pie and Flint; caring for them is an absolute joy! When looking after your pets, I prioritize safety, love, and personalized attention every step of the way. I work 7 AM–4 PM Monday–Friday and can visit your pet before work, after work, or around noon if you're nearby. Weekends offer fully flexible hours for your animal's care. Safety and happiness always come first. I visit your space respectfully, sticking to your pet's routine while providing love and attention. Drop-ins include playtime, fresh food/water, litter checks, and secure lock-ups, if needed. I always text updates for peace of mind!

About: I’ve been dog-walking and pet sitting for several years now! I love spending time with dogs and am having to go for runs or the beach with them, or just relax at home! I’m a second year medical student, so happy to sit for pets in the evenings, as well as provide breaks during the day! I’m typically most open on the weekends but am open to weekdays as well. I will follow directions closely and respect your home like it is my home! I like to do frequent check-ins and am happy to do a meet and greet beforehand.

About: i have taken care of a lab and a sweet tortie cat throughout my life! i have also walked/fed/sat for several pets in the past for neighbors, including single dogs and cats, and multiple cats. I am recently graduated from college and am looking to fill my free time! I currently am working a day-shift job (9:30-6) and am willing to care for animals both before and after those hours. i make sure that the pet feels comfortable (or like it can tolerate) my presence before most activities! a lot of how i care for my animals are very schedule based, usually they even tell me in their own ways when they are ready/want to walk or be fed!

About: Growing up, there was only one week of my life when we did not have at least one dog. Each family dog had a quirky and distinct personality, ranging from serious and loyal to silly and playful. I understand that each pet is just as unique as their parent(s), and each one deserves the individual love and care we give our human family and friends. I am a very patient and reliable person with a deep love for all animals (big, small, canine, feline, avian, you name it!). My other job (as a pet photographer!) is very flexible, so as long as I don't have any photo session appointments, I am likely available to take care of your pet. My cat is an inside cat, and my dog prefers humans to other dogs. I understand that different animals have different needs and personalities, and I am ready to meet your pet where they're at, whether that's chilling on the couch or going on a hike. You know your pet best, and I will always follow your instructions and use your recommendations on how to create a safe and fun visit!

About: Hi there! We’re Amanda and Austen, a couple based in Scarborough with a dog of our own (our Mini Aussie, Mazie) and a lot of love to share with yours. When Amanda’s not caring for her sweet group of five-year-olds or Austen’s not out playing tennis, we’re spending time with Mazie, chasing seagulls at the beach, hiking in the mountains, or snuggling up on the couch after a snowy play session. We offer care throughout the week and are happy to accommodate weekends, holidays, and special requests as our schedule allows. Austen works from home and provides consistent weekday care and supervision, while Amanda handles most weekend walks, drop-ins, and house sitting when needed. Between the two of us, your pet will never go long without company, playtime, or a potty break. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a last-minute trip, we’ll work with you to make sure your pup is happy and cared for. Our day care rate is based on an 8 hour day. We're happy to have your dog with us for longer, but we may ask for an additional fee based on the number of hours. We know how important it is to trust someone with your pet. That’s why we always begin with a meet-and-greet to ensure your dog is comfortable with us, and you’re confident in the care we provide. We take a gentle, respectful approach, especially with shy or anxious dogs, and we’ll always ask for your guidance on what makes your pup feel safe and secure. Whether we’re in your home or ours, we want to provide a low-stress, enriching environment with plenty of attention, structure, and love. We’re also happy to provide regular updates (with photos!) and check-ins during every visit or stay, so you’re always in the loop - because we’d want the same from someone watching Mazie.

“I definitely recommend Catey, particularly if your quadrupedal babes tend toward anxiety or need confident medication administration. This is the first sitter I've ever hired who wasn't already familiar with my cats and our home. I was nervous because of my boys needs medicated eye drops every 12 hours, which isn't his favorite thing by far, and he also generally takes a while to get comfortable with new people. Catey's super calm and solid demeanor was evident from the get-go, and this helped my boy a lot. Meds went off without a problem. Everything that needed doing for both cats was done, and my boys were chill as can be when I returned home. Catey was also super communicative and seemed like a solid, kind person in general. I couldn't ask for more from a sitter!”

I work 0745-3 Monday-Thursday! I I’ll start the at 5AM with a long walk to let the energy all out before work & have your animal tired by the time I leave for work! Then of course when I get home I will always make sure your pet is safe & comfortable in their home away from home! Plenty of space to relax inside & to run around outside when I take them out!

About: I'm a lifelong dog owner and have enjoyed the experience of teaching my daughters the joys and responsibilities of caring for our dogs. As lead parent, I've been passionate about opting for daily outdoor adventures with my daughters and dogs and have often heard, "Boy, you have your hands full!", to which I have always replied, "I need to keep everybody happy somehow." Romps on the beach or marsh, trail running, and biking or rollerblading the Eastern Trail are just a few of our favorites. Over the past few years, we've said goodbye to our beloved Boss and Kona. We're still craving dog energy around our home and outdoor adventures, and want to assist other families in the Scarborough community to achieve "a tired dog, a happy dog" experience that we've known and love. We feel blessed to have a doggy daycare buddy, Finnegan, with us most weekdays and he is dog friendly. I work from home while my daughters are in school and am off with them during the summer months. We are available to care for your dog throughout the day and evening, and love boarding dogs for overnights. Summer hours are very flexible for walks. During the school year we can walk your dog weekdays after 3:30PM; or as scheduled outside of those hours upon request. My Mondays and Fridays tend to be light on my primary work and I carve out time for doggy adventures and exercise. We can accommodate based on your needs and recommendations specific for your dog(s). Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behavioral issues beforehand. If any medication needs to be administered, I'd be glad to assist.
