About: I have taken care of my family and friends pets for many years. I try my best to understand the pets energy that they display and follow any directions given by the owner that makes the pet feel comfortable and safe. I work as a baker so I have several days where I am done with work either by 11 AM or 1 PM. I am also occasionally available all day on Fridays. I respect the directions given by the owner and try my best to understand the energy given by the pet I am sitting. I do not want to cross any boundaries that make the pet feel unsafe. I am patient with pets and try my best to make them feel comfortable and loved.

About: I am a Pre-Veterinary Medicine and bioscience student with about 1 year of experience handling animals. I currently work at a local dog daycare and boarding facility where I specialize in canine body language/behavior management and special needs care. Additionally I completed a 5th month mentorship of clinical veterinary experience where I saw medical routines and gained experience in patient handling in higher stress environments Because I balance college courses and a part-time job, my weekly routine is very consistent and easy to plan around for your pups! On Mondays and Wednesdays, I am completely free anytime after 11:30 AM for walks and midday drop-ins. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, I am always available after 6:00 PM, and I have a dedicated midday break perfect for quick potty runs or administering medications. I am widely available for weekday overnight house sitting, and I frequently open up my weekends as well! I treat your home with the utmost respect and keep your pet’s environment as stress free as possible. I will follow your established schedule of feeding, walking, and bedtime to maintain your pet’s sense of normalcy even with the change environment. I will monitor their behavior and health and be sure to keep you updated with frequent pictures so both you and your pet feel as comfortable as possible. I will also provide plenty of playtime, companionship, and of course couch cuddles! I will additionally make sure your home is kept clean, secure, and exactly as you left it.

About: Eric and Rachel share a love for their beloved Aussie-beagle Lilo and fostering rescue dogs together. We know that it is never easy to leave your beloved dog with someone new, and in a new place. As our own Lilo has struggled with separation anxiety before, we know how important it is to have a pet sitter who is present, patient, and able to cater their care towards a dog’s specific needs. Rachel has taken care of 6 different family dogs growing up, including a border collie, golden retriever, Boston terrier, 2 mixed breeds and a silky terrier. Eric has taken care of his family dog (chihuahua minpin) since birth till now (11 years old). Together, we have fostered 22 rescue dogs these past two years, ranging from a high energy Great Pyrenees to 3 Border Collie puppies all at once, to a completely afraid and anxious Beagle mama and Shiba Inu mama that are recovering from very difficult situations. We have also looked after American pit bulls, large Newfoundlands and a Rhodesian Ridgeback, and senior doggies who have hip difficulties and special diets. Our own dog is a 3.5 year old Aussie-beagle, so we particularly love the herding dogs. :) We both have lots of experience working with dogs of all kinds of temperaments and needs, especially high energy dogs who require a lot of attention and care, and administering medication to dogs who have special needs. Rachel also loves cooking her home cooked meals for her dog, and can do that for yours too, if you need! We both work from home and have all weekends free. Our flexible schedules together allows us to bring dogs regularly on walks and to look after them consistently. We follow instructions really well, and can take care of your dog according to your requirements. We allow dogs to roam and sleep freely in our home, but we can also crate your dog easily if you prefer. We know how to work with your dog with lots of gentle care and love.

About: Hi! My name is Marcela, and I’m a lifelong animal lover with a special place in my heart for both dogs and cats. I have two dogs of my own, Chester and Athena. Chester is my small rescue dog, and I’ve had him since I was 9 years old. I truly grew up with him, and he has been by my side for most of my life. Chester is deaf, and as he’s gotten older, he has also developed anxiety and takes medication to help manage it. Over the years, I’ve learned how important patience, consistency, and understanding an animal’s individual needs can be. I communicate with Chester using hand signals and gentle body language, and caring for him has taught me so much about connecting with animals at every stage of life. Athena is my pit bull, and we love spending time outdoors with our animals. Whether we’re going for walks, playing, or simply enjoying the fresh air, I genuinely love giving animals attention, exercise, and plenty of affection. Athena has also had difficulty getting along with other dogs, so we worked with her through training to help her become more comfortable and learn how to interact appropriately. This has given me firsthand experience with the patience, structure, and careful management that some dogs need when around other animals. I also have hands on experience caring for a cat with significant medical needs. My cat, Fergi, was diagnosed with HCM and eventually developed end stage heart failure. During his illness, I became very familiar with the day to day care that comes with heart failure, including administering medications, monitoring his breathing, appetite, energy, and behavior, and paying close attention to small changes in his condition. Going through that experience also taught me how difficult it can be to leave your pet in someone else’s care when they’re sick or have special needs. I know how much worry can come with wondering if they’re okay while you’re away. Because of that, I want to be the kind of person who gives another pet parent that same sense of comfort and reassurance, knowing their pet is being watched over with patience, love, and genuine care. I absolutely love cats, and after recently losing Fergi, I’m not quite ready to bring another cat into my home yet. I would, however, love the opportunity to care for and spend time with other people’s cats. It would be really special to have that connection again while giving your cat the love and attention they deserve. I also take pride in the everyday care I give my own pets, including brushing my dogs’ teeth daily. I’m happy to provide routine care like this when requested, along with walks, playtime, feeding, medication, and plenty of companionship. Whether your pet is young, a senior, anxious, shy, energetic, or needs medication or extra patience, I’ll treat them with the same kindness and attentiveness I give my own. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pets with someone, and my goal is for both you and your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re apart. About: What sets me apart is my dependable, loving care. I treat every dog like family, giving patient attention, walks, playtime, cuddles, and plenty of love. I work mornings in retail. Then have college classes in the mornings and later in the afternoon into the evening. Some days I am done with classes early. I have more flexibility on the weekends. I adapt to each pets needs. I grew up with cats and dogs, and provide walks, cuddles, space if needed, plus updates, photos, and lots of love, care, and attention.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was around 5 years old. I grew up in the country in Texas and at one point we had around 20 cats and 9 dogs. We took care of the strays that made their way onto our property, and sometimes adopted from shelters and random people. I was taught love and compassion for animals since I was a young child. I continue to embrace the kindness I have in my heart for animals everyday. I’m usually available most of the time, as I don’t have any full time work to tend to. I also do not celebrate holidays which can benefit pet owners very much because they can count on me being available as long as I have not already booked with someone else. I would be wonderful to your pup insuring they get enough potty breaks, walks if you would like, maybe the dog park upon your approval, and even car rides if you’d like! I offer complimentary treats.. I keep some in my home. And of course I would get them approved by my client first. For cats in my clients home, I would do the same things. I would also insure the cat box is clean, and lots of play time if that’s what the kitty likes :-)

I’m currently working part time, so very flexible with the times and days that I am available to help out with your cats or dogs! I have no pets currently so full attention will be devoted to your animal! I have grown up with dogs my entire life and feel comfortable handling all sizes and breeds.

About: I love dogs and puppies and when I bought my home I was looking for a huge yard that was fenced in for dogs to play in. It also came with a dog door and ramp! Very dog friendly! My foster dogs and sitting made me become more aware of dog and puppy needs from playing, walking and cuddling! I also love to be outside so if your pup likes to explore I would love to take them on a hike or downtown! I currently have a flexible schedule and work from home. I do run errands where I may need to crate however I will discuss with you before hand. Your pup would be my priority! I have a fenced in yard and puppy door so if your dog is independent and wants more time outside they can safely do so. If not I can play in the yard or walk them in the neighborhood, park or downtown.
