About: Hi! I’m Madison, a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for animals in both shelter and home settings. I volunteered with Shelter from the Storm Animal Rescue as a behavioral assessor, where I was trained to observe animal behavior, body language, temperament, and individual needs. I also helped write biographies for adoptable animals, which gave me even more experience getting to know animals as individuals and understanding their personalities and needs. My family also fostered animals, so I’m very comfortable working with anxious, shy, or nervous pets. I understand that some animals need extra patience and time to feel comfortable with a new person. About: I am a Pre-Veterinary Medicine and bioscience student with about 1 year of experience handling animals. I currently work at a local dog daycare and boarding facility where I specialize in canine body language/behavior management and special needs care. Additionally I completed a 5th month mentorship of clinical veterinary experience where I saw medical routines and gained experience in patient handling in higher stress environments Because I balance college courses and a part-time job, my weekly routine is very consistent and easy to plan around for your pups! On Mondays and Wednesdays, I am completely free anytime after 11:30 AM for walks and midday drop-ins. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, I am always available after 6:00 PM, and I have a dedicated midday break perfect for quick potty runs or administering medications. I am widely available for weekday overnight house sitting, and I frequently open up my weekends as well! I treat your home with the utmost respect and keep your pet’s environment as stress free as possible. I will follow your established schedule of feeding, walking, and bedtime to maintain your pet’s sense of normalcy even with the change environment. I will monitor their behavior and health and be sure to keep you updated with frequent pictures so both you and your pet feel as comfortable as possible. I will also provide plenty of playtime, companionship, and of course couch cuddles! I will additionally make sure your home is kept clean, secure, and exactly as you left it.

About: Eric and Rachel share a love for their beloved Aussie-beagle Lilo and fostering rescue dogs together. We know that it is never easy to leave your beloved dog with someone new, and in a new place. As our own Lilo has struggled with separation anxiety before, we know how important it is to have a pet sitter who is present, patient, and able to cater their care towards a dog’s specific needs. Rachel has taken care of 6 different family dogs growing up, including a border collie, golden retriever, Boston terrier, 2 mixed breeds and a silky terrier. Eric has taken care of his family dog (chihuahua minpin) since birth till now (11 years old). Together, we have fostered 22 rescue dogs these past two years, ranging from a high energy Great Pyrenees to 3 Border Collie puppies all at once, to a completely afraid and anxious Beagle mama and Shiba Inu mama that are recovering from very difficult situations. We have also looked after American pit bulls, large Newfoundlands and a Rhodesian Ridgeback, and senior doggies who have hip difficulties and special diets. Our own dog is a 3.5 year old Aussie-beagle, so we particularly love the herding dogs. :) We both have lots of experience working with dogs of all kinds of temperaments and needs, especially high energy dogs who require a lot of attention and care, and administering medication to dogs who have special needs. Rachel also loves cooking her home cooked meals for her dog, and can do that for yours too, if you need! We both work from home and have all weekends free. Our flexible schedules together allows us to bring dogs regularly on walks and to look after them consistently. We follow instructions really well, and can take care of your dog according to your requirements. We allow dogs to roam and sleep freely in our home, but we can also crate your dog easily if you prefer. We know how to work with your dog with lots of gentle care and love.

About: I worked for a professional pet care service for almost a year and learned a lot about animals through that time! Overall I am an animal lover and can’t wait to meet your cute pets!! I’m currently a senior in college who has free time and thought I could use it to my advantage and meet some cute pets! I really want to get my own dog or cat when I graduate college and realized I could get some more experience:) I had a dog my whole life and will care for your pets as if they were my own. About: Hi everyone! My name is Alexandra but I tend to go by Lexy. I have had dogs and cats and so many other animals in my household since before I was even born. My mom grew up on a big farm so she was used to being around animals. She wanted to make sure she had the same experience for my brother and I. I have been a part time dog sitter through word of mouth mainly. I just recently graduated from college with my bachelors in Public Health and am looking for a fun filler throughout my summer while I plan next steps. Animals (especially dogs) are my safe space. So please, entrust in me with your fury friend and I promise you will not regret it! I am currently only working part-time on weekends. So schedule is extremely open and extremely flexible. I am also available to do over nights as I have someone at my house who can watch my animals! I will not be offering any services at my own home as I have a pretty full house of animals. To sustain their comfort I want to keep this separate. At my house I have a fenced in yard but a large yard outside that fence the dogs are able to roam. They have an electric fence so they know how far they are supposed to go.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life in Madison, Wisconsin. From the age of 11, I helped care for our family cockapoo — walking, bathing, playing, and regular trips to the dog park. I also cared for a miniature poodle with diabetes and administered insulin shots. In adulthood I cared for a cavapoo, German shepherd, Golden Doodle, papillon corgi, and boxmatian the same way, and I’ve done dog sitting for family and friends over the years. Dogs have always been part of my life, and that’s exactly why I take their care seriously. I’m available evenings on weekdays and all day on weekends. This makes me a great fit for after work walks, weekend adventures, or overnight sitting when you’re away. As I’m unable to have pets in my own apartment, I offer dog walking, house sitting, and pet sitting in your home — which is actually the best environment for your pet. I love being outside on a long walk but also don’t mind snuggling on the couch if needed!:) I do work a full time job but it’s quite flexible with being able to leave for them to be let out quick if needed! About: I’m all of my friends and families first choice to watch their pets when they are out of town. I’ve looked after a variety of breeds of dogs and many cats as well. I’ve always had dogs in my life growing up so I’m very familiar with reading their body language and knowing how to care for them. I work full time but have a lot of flexibility to check on your pet throughout the day and have the opportunity to work remote as well I’ve never a met a pet that didn’t like me.
