About: I have owned 4 dogs in the past 30 years; a Chihuahua/Toy Terrier, a Chihuahua/Shitzu, a Dachshund/Corgi and I recently owned a Toy Poodle - who was elderly, anxious, blind and toothless. She recently crossed the rainbow bridge and I miss her so. She was my world! My past dog sitting experience includes overnight care for; a Keeshond, a Terrier, a medium sized mixed breed, a Japanese Chin/Poodle, a Standard Poodle, a Sheltie, and a Pomeranian. “We are looking to find someone to board Ollie with for weekends. To start him out slow (he has separation anxiety), we had a Meet and Greet, a short (3hr) stay and later, a full day stay. Julie was clear that her dog Zilla's comfort with Ollie was a priority, which I fully support. I won't want to trust my dog to someone who isn't looking out for ALL the dogs involved. Julie was very responsive with messages, showed us around her home and yard and was generally very calm and patient. While the dogs didn't end up getting along well enough for this to work out long term, Ollie warmed up to Julie and was definitely as calm as I've seen him after being left.”
About: I have grown up with dogs and have always had one. I know the dedication and time it takes to give dogs the care and attention they need. I have medical knowledge that other sitters may not have as I work at an ER for pets as a nurse! I am extremely flexible with my time and availability and will ensure that your pet gets the well-deserved love and care they need! I'm currently working part time night-shift, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pets! I make my own schedule during the day, so I can easily work around your pet's needs. I also have hands on experience caring for a cat with significant medical needs. My cat, Fergi, was diagnosed with HCM and eventually developed end stage heart failure. During his illness, I became very familiar with the day to day care that comes with heart failure, including administering medications, monitoring his breathing, appetite, energy, and behavior, and paying close attention to small changes in his condition. Going through that experience also taught me how difficult it can be to leave your pet in someone else’s care when they’re sick or have special needs. I know how much worry can come with wondering if they’re okay while you’re away. Because of that, I want to be the kind of person who gives another pet parent that same sense of comfort and reassurance, knowing their pet is being watched over with patience, love, and genuine care. I absolutely love cats, and after recently losing Fergi, I’m not quite ready to bring another cat into my home yet. My mom grew up on a big farm so she was used to being around animals. She wanted to make sure she had the same experience for my brother and I. About: I have been in the vet med field for about 7 years. During this time I have acquired many skills from that would set me apart from many other sitters. Hello everyone! I live a few minutes from Sun Prairie, although, I do work on the west side off of University Ave. I am typically available early morning or after working hours or on lunch breaks. I am also super flexible! We have 3 cats! I usually keep my pets in our finished basement during boarding stays. I am available for walks, potty breaks, meals/medications, and nail trims, at your request.

About: I worked for a professional pet care service for almost a year and learned a lot about animals through that time! Overall I am an animal lover and can’t wait to meet your cute pets!! I’m currently a senior in college who has free time and thought I could use it to my advantage and meet some cute pets! I really want to get my own dog or cat when I graduate college and realized I could get some more experience:) I had a dog my whole life and will care for your pets as if they were my own. I do live in a college house with three roommates but am still open to pet sitting in my home if you are.

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life. Growing up, I cared for rabbits, hamsters, mice, and a pet rat. Today I share my home with my 13 year old cat, Meeko, and my housemate’s friendly 12 year old dog. I recently said goodbye to my senior cat after 16 wonderful years together. During the last few years of his life, I administered medication multiple times a day and became experienced in caring for an aging pet with extra medical needs. That experience strengthened my patience, attention to detail, and understanding that every pet deserves individualized, compassionate care. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with company, I’ll treat them with the same love and respect I give my own pets. I work full-time during the week 8:30-4:30, so I’m available for drop-in visits and dog walks before and after work (6-7:30 AM, and after 4:30 pm M-F), as well as most weekends and holidays. I also offer limited weekend boarding for one dog at a time so I can provide each guest with plenty of individual attention and care. My goal is to be flexible while making sure every pet receives the time and attention they deserve. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I know pets thrive on routine, so I’ll follow your instructions closely—from feeding schedules and walks to medications, favorite toys, and bedtime routines. During drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, fresh water, and lots of affection. I understand that having a stranger in the house can be stressful for both pets and owners, so I’ll always treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own. For boarding, I have a securely fenced backyard for supervised outdoor play. I only accept one boarding dog at a time so I can provide a calm, personalized experience and ensure every pet receives plenty of attention. My home also includes my cat and my housemate’s dog, so I only accept dogs that are comfortable around cats and other dogs. This helps create a calm, safe environment for everyone.
“Cub had an amazing time staying with Lee for an extended weekend. We got daily updates and pictures/videos, and Lee has a great fenced in backyard for dogs to run around and play in. He was also very flexible with drop off and pickup times which was extremely convenient.”
