“Brooke made it super easy and Steve had a great time! Despite being busy and last second trying to book, she made it work and stopped for water breaks to make sure Steve was properly taken care of. He came back a happier dog. Would book again”

About: I have been taking care of animals in some form or another since I was five years old. Caring for animals is something I not only enjoy with passion, but excitement too. I have experience caring for many different types of animals — from rodents to fish, dogs to cats, and horses to exotic animals — both on my own time and professionally. I have a lot of availability on weekdays! I’m currently working part time at a local cafe and walking dogs part time. My priority is providing the best service, no matter what time of day! I am comfortable with dogs on leash or off leash in a fenced in area. I can crate your dog if needed, and I am happy to follow your regular routine to keep your pup on schedule!
9. Anna S.
“Anna continues to be an amazing find. I have chronic migraines that mean I’m not always able to get our dogs the exercise they need and she is always so responsive and ready to assist.”
10. Shannon H.
“Shannon is the best. SO communicative and quick to respond. Very sweet and respectful. I couldn’t feel more comfortable with our Josephine in her care. I highly recommend Shannon. We are very grateful to find such an attentive and compassionate dog walker.”
11. Grace P.
About: I have grown up with dogs in my house my entire life. I have experience with all sizes and genuinely just love dogs! I have experience with over night stays, stop ins during the day and walking dogs! I’m currently a part time student. I have one class a day and do not work. I have lots of free time on my hands and am ready to spend time with dogs! I do not have the space at my home to care for dogs and really only plan to walk dogs, but if I do watch dogs on the occasion, I plan on following whatever rules the household has set as everyone is different.
12. Meagan B.
“Meagan is our go-to girl for looking after our sweet (and very high maintenance) French bulldog. We treat our dog better than our kids and Meagan exceeds expectations when it comes to caring and loving for our beloved family dog. Meagan has graciously stayed for 2+ weeks in our home while we’ve gone on vacations and she gives us all the reassurance and peace of mind that our dog and home are in trustworthy and reliable hands.”

About: Experience with young & older pups! Incredibly flexible for whatever your pup’s routine need. I have a 3 year-old goldendoodle — so I’m also well-versed in grooming/high-energy dogs/cuddle buddies. I work fully remotely & spend a great deal of time with my dogs. It makes my pet care flexible & customizable to whatever your pet needs! I’m incredibly focused on the safety of both your pets, myself, and your space. If there are certain precautions you need — I’m more than happy to consider them.
14. Allie K.
About: I have two dogs that I got as puppies and trained at home! I’ve always been a huge animal lover and have worked with service dogs in the past through 4 Paws for Ability and Leader Dogs for the Blind. One of my dogs also has issues with resource guarding so I have experience working with dogs who have this issue. I have walked many friend’s and family’s pups throughout the years, as well as taken care of some over the course of a few days when the owners are away! I am currently a graduate student at UW Madison and only have class two days a week, so I have the rest of my days free. I am currently available all day on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays! I live a few blocks from the Capital as well as a few blocks from James Madison Park, so new lots of great areas for walking and playing! I have no other animals currently living with me so your pet would be my main focus when I’m with them!
15. Shaheen S.
About: I have taken care of dogs for friends and neighbors for over 20 years. I currently have two very social terrier mixes. I would love to walk, cuddle, spend time with your cat or dog when you are away. My schedule is flexible so with advance notice I can have plenty of time for your pet. I signed up because I was having difficulty finding a regular weekly midday dog walker for my pets and decided there was a need for more dog walkers in my neighborhood! As far as boarding or day-care your pet would not be left unsupervised for longer than 2 hours at a stretch. Plenty of walks and affection and will be made to feel welcome as part of the pack (with my two dogs)
16. Miiks T.
About: I’ve had my own pets since I was little. I’ve had hamsters, goldfish, frogs, bunnies, hamsters and a dog. I also have a few years experience with taking care of my grandmas cats. I have my own online business so I am very flexible with my schedule! & I can work around your pets schedule and needs 😊 Again I will be able to adjust my work schedule to your pets schedule. I am a very organized person so I will keep everything clean and tidy.
17. Kassidy K.
“I know that Kassidy will be an excellent choice for Rover.com and their mission of caring for pets. She currently has three cats of her own, (Juniper, Lily, and Topaz) so she knows what it takes to care for not just one, but multiple pets each with their own unique personalities. I know that at least one of the cats came to her through a shelter and was not in the best of health. Now you would never have known that cat came from anywhere other than a loving home. She demonstrates an overwhelming amount of love for each one of them daily; it’s always a treat to see their adventures on her Snapchat stories and hear about them at work. I am confident that if you chose Kassidy to be a part of Rover.com’s journey, you will have a more than qualified candidate.”
18. Monica R.
“Monica is very kind and loves walking my dog. My dog comes back well exercised and happy. She is also very caring and pays attention to detail of the pets needs.”
19. Sarah F.
“Love thw picture!!! Sarah takes great care of my dog on their walks together. So grateful shes available!”
20. Libby K.
“We are so grateful to have worked with Libby for the last two months. Libby’s gentle demeanor and patience put Maggie at ease, especially considering our dog Maggie’s age and specific needs as a shelter dog with diagnosed severe separation anxiety (we have been working with her on this and Libby has helped as she makes improvement). Here are a few highlights of Libby’s exceptional care: 1.Attentiveness: Libby pays close attention to Maggie’s cues, adjusting the pace and route accordingly. This requires a bit of patience that we appreciate. 2.Reliability: Libby has never missed a scheduled walk. Rain or shine, Libby arrives promptly and ready to brighten Maggie’s day. 3.Compassion: Libby understands Maggie’s limitations and shows empathy to her anxiety. Maggie (who is not a people person) now shows excitement when Libby visits, and their bond is heartwarming. 4.Communication: Libby keeps us informed after every walk, sharing delightful anecdotes and any observations about Maggie’s well-being. We cannot recommend Libby enough!”
