“Amy is fantastic, we have a borderline special needs cat and she did a great job taking care of her, along with the other cats in the house. Easily 10/10 and already rebooked to take care of our pets during our next trip.”

“Jennifer did such a great job once again caring for Tally, my 15-year-old cat who has diabetes and needs insulin. She kept me updated on how she was doing and she sent pictures. Jenny is so sweet and I know tally loves her company. Tally was very happy when I got home, she was purring, talkative and playful. She was definitely well cared for! We both look forward to having Jennifer visit again soon. 😃”

“Emma was amazing! She updated me everyday how my cats were doing and sent the best photos of my girls each day too. The house was clean when I got home. But most importantly she really loved on both of the girls fulfilling their individual needs while I was away. My playful cat got time to play each day and my older cat even warmed up enough to lay on her chest and get some extra pets and kisses each day. I was halfway around the world in a country and I was not worried about the wellbeing of my cats or my house while I was away and that meant everything! I would definitely book with her again and highly recommend using Emma if you need a sitter! ❤️”

“Cassondra took such great care for my two kitties!! I definitely recommend for anyone looking for help with their pets. I so appreciate the photo updates while I was away, a very thoughtful touch!!”

About: Caring for pets has been such a joy for me. I've gained valuable experience in ensuring the happiness and health of household animals like cats and dogs, as well as farm animals like chickens and goats, enjoying every moment spent with these furry and feathered friends. Pet sitting fits seamlessly into my stay-at-home schedule, allowing me to provide attentive care while maintaining my daily routine. Whether it's feeding, playtime, or walks, I prioritize each pet's needs throughout the day. This flexible arrangement ensures pets receive consistent care and companionship. Caring for someone's pet in their home involves maintaining their routines and providing plenty of attention and affection. When pets stay in my home, I ensure they feel comfortable and loved while sticking to their familiar routines and introducing them to enriching activities. In both settings, my goal is to create a stress-free and enjoyable experience for the pets under my care.

“We were very happy Cindy was able to help us out. Cindy took the time for a meet and greet before. They got a long great. When Cindy stopped, she text us and sent photos of her visit. We will definitely use Rover and Cindy again! Thank you”

I am currently working part time so I would have lots of time to spend with your pets! Whenever I am not working I will be available. I have multiple crates for your dog if needed, play pen,and an electric fence, and many dog toys. My dog is a two year old cavapoo and he is a certified therapy dog so he is very calm and friendly.

About: I grew up around livestock and all sorts of other animals. I recently lost my own dog but when I had her I used Rover to help find a regular dog sitter for when I went on teacher conferences. I recently became trained in dog and cat CPR and first aid. I am not afraid to give medications to an animal and have taken care of dogs that have special needs such as anxiety, fear of fireworks, fear of guns and high energy. I am currently on a teaching schedule but after memorial day I will be available most days. If I am away during the summer it's usually just during the day. They will take first priority, getting food, water, any medications prescribed and taken to go outside will all take place before my needs. I can provide a kennel at my home and kennel trained my own dog understanding the process for that.

About: I've cared for dogs, cats, and reptiles for 15 years. I am just about to finish my undergrad in animal biology, so you know I am passionate about learning, respecting, and loving your critters! Not to mention my mom is a certified dog trainer! :) I am a college student, so you already know I have all the time and energy in the world needed to provide quality care for your pets. I already take care of my pets daily, so taking care of yours is a walk in the park! (literally) I am very attentive and I pay high attention to detail, so I will follow any instructions to a T. Animals are a huge responsibility that I do not take lightly!

About: I have taken care of neighbors dogs as a child and owned dogs as an adult. I’ve had a lot of experience with different pets - dogs, cats, fish, hedgehogs, hamsters, turtles, lizards, Guinea pigs. My kids currently have Guinea pigs and we hope to add a dog into the mix someday. We would treat your dog just like our own and are willing to follow your routine. I work a hybrid schedule with some days at home and some in the office. I’d be available at home for frequent potty and play breaks. Your pet will be treated as one of our own. We’ll follow your schedule to keep it consistent and more comfortable for your pet. We have lots of room for high energy dogs to run and lots of spot for the more laid back dogs to nap in the sun.

About: I’ve worked with all kinds of animals with various needs. My own dog struggled with reactivity for several years, and we’re still working to get better every day! Each animal is individual in their needs and desires. I do my best to ensure they’re thoroughly taken care of in their own special way! I’m a freelance writer available to work whenever I have time, meaning a flexible schedule when you may need to be in the office or on another adventure! I have experience gaining the trust and taking responsibility for pets who have past traumas and reactivity. I’m familiar with crate training and the necessary precautions to ensure everyone’s safety, including the animal.

About: With 50+ years of experience caring and loving my own fur babies. I have loved and cared for many breeds, all away from a German Shepard, Shelties to a Chihuahua. Trust me the Chihuahua was more of a "so called guard dog" than my German Shepard. LOL I have more recent experience with senior dogs, but those senior dogs started out as puppies. As we all know every dog has their unique temperament. I don't hesitate in establishing clear leadership and positive relationship with your pups. I recently retired and I'm finding myself with a lot more free time. Once I got my own honey do list done. I was finding that I was spending to much time on the couch. I recently sent my little man over the rainbow bridge. Free time, too much sitting and missing my little man terribly. I needed activity and the love and joy that dogs give unconditionally. I found Rover.com and I'm hoping the rest is history. Your pup will be treated like my own. Your dogs safety and happiness is my number one concern. I look forward to meeting and spending time with your furbaby(s).

About: As a dedicated and compassionate pet caregiver, I treat every animal with the same love and attention I give my own. With a calm, reliable presence and a deep understanding of each pet’s unique needs, I’m committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment where your furry family member can thrive. I currently have availability on occasional weekdays and weekends, depending on the day. I’m happy to be flexible and work around your schedule when possible! When walking dogs, I prioritize safety, exercise, and enjoyment. I tailor each walk to your pup’s energy level, age, and temperament—whether it’s a brisk stroll, a leisurely sniff-filled adventure, or some playful time outside. I always ensure your dog stays hydrated, comfortable, and happy, and I treat every walk as a chance to build trust and connection with your pet.
