About: I have experience caring for dogs and cats since fourth grade. I can handle energetic younger dogs as well as older dogs who may like things done a certain way. I have cared for my own dog as well as neighbors’ dogs. I am currently living at home and overall have a wide open schedule, leaving lots of time for dog walks and play-time with any pets. I will always do my best to follow any specific rules or guidelines that a client may have for their dog and be respectful of their home environment.

About: I have been around dogs since I was born. My parents have always had at least one dog running around the house, and I now have one myself that lives with me! Layla has gotten ne through some tough times and with that being said I know how important dogs (and cats) are in our lives. I would love to be a sitter, walker, and caregiver to anyone's furry necessity! I am a full time student! Which means that I usually have school all week! I am free after 5pm every day of the week and on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays all day! I have my 3 year old dog named Layla that is very friendly to all dogs! She is playful and loves to meet new friends! I walk her 3-4 times daily because I don't have a fenced yard. This will also be the case if I am boarding a dog! If your dog is crate trained I have a medium sized crate that they can sleep in overnight! I am open to walking as often as needed and will follow routines to a tee!

About: I grew up in a household with a dog and have since lived with two other dogs including a senior golden retriever and currently a vizsla puppy! I have worked at a kennel for two years working in both boarding and daycare for dogs! Cats are not my area of expertise but I am willing to work with them!:) I just recently graduated from NC State and am figuring out what is next for me, so I am pretty flexible!! I do serve and attend church on Sunday mornings from 8:30-12 but around this times, I am mostly free! I also do photography but typically in 30 min to an hour long sessions and can easily work around those as well! I care for pets with love and gentleness! About: Animals have always been present in my life as I have always had dogs (and more!) in my home. I spent the last ten years managing a farm rescue site that allowed me to care for equine, goats, pigs, cats, ducks, chickens and more. The position allowed me to learn quite a bit about caring for the animals welfare, as well as learning about the various animal behaviors and their unique ways they communicate and live together as one big farm family. With 15+ years of animal care of all sizes, including small caged pets, I am comfortable and experienced with special needs, medication dispensing, as well as senior care. Pet care has always been the focus of my daily routine. Having personal pets as well as formally managing an equine and farm animal rescue site for ten years, caring for animals and having them accompany me through my every day life is just natural for me. Establishing trust with animals and prioritizing their safety are the elements of care that I focus on as an animal caretaker. Fenced yards and doggie doors at my home allow my dogs freedom and safety. Respecting schedules and routines when visiting clients of pets at other homes is another focus as it reduces potential stress on others pets. “Gabrielle dropped in on my dog Doc. I had just rescued Doc and was worried about how he would do home alone and I wasn't sure about his personality yet. I needed someone to drop in on him who was knowledgeable enough about dogs to be cautious with my new baby. Gabrielle did just that! She stopped in played with Doc and gave him so much love. She took a lot of pictures and videos of him and let me know how he was doing. She followed my directions and was respectful of my home. Now that I have had Doc for a couple of months he has shown his wild side! As a shelter pup, he didn't have much training and there were days when I felt frustrated with his behavior. I eventually reached out to Gabrielle for advice and I'm so glad I did. She was very responsive and gave me great tips and tricks that really helped! Since then, Gabrielle has continued to drop in on Doc. She helped Doc get used to walking on a leash and taught him his first commands. He knows sit, down, place, and is working on wait! Gabrielle is truly amazing and I can't recommend her enough.”

About: Hello, my name is Emily, I am 21 years old and love animals :) I have 5 years of pet sitting experience, and working at Pawville for 3 years as a kennel attendant. I can help with pet walking and sitting. I can also help with adjacent tasks such as keeping an eye on the house, watering plants, collecting mail, bringing trash cans to the road, light chores (ex: vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning windows), etc. I have no issue cleaning up after pets, cleaning up accidents, throw up, litter boxes, etc. as long as the appropriate cleaning supplies are provided and available for me to use. I love cats and big dogs, and no issue with Pitbulls, they are a favorite of mine :) I’m currently a third year college student home for the summer and just looking for some part time work to earn some money before heading back, so my schedule is very flexible at the moment. I can crate pets if needed, I have no issues cleaning up after pets; including accidents, throw up, litter boxes, etc. as long as the necessary cleaning products are provided. I am alright with vacuuming, sweeping, and cleaning up dirty windows if needed.
