7. Stacie T.
“Stacie grew up with pets and is a very reliable, conscientious person with a heart of gold and has endless patience. She loves animals and has taken care of friends' pets for years (in her home and in theirs) during vacations, times of illness, etc. as if they were her own. She is also a runner and often exercised her own dogs at the same time. I wish all people would care for their children they way Stacie does for pets. I have no doubt that all of her pet-owning friends would strongly agree that being involved with Rover.com would be a perfect fit for Stacie.”

About: I have had a dog ever since I can remember! Just got out of the puppy phase with two different dogs. I am well equipped to help continue with crate training, leash training, potty training, manners, etc. while you are away. I work from home with a very laid back job so I can watch and play with your dogs all day! Can take them on multiple potty breaks/walks during the day if needed. I have a fenced in yard currently but if your pup needs some more exercise I love to take walks with them. I have a spacious house with gates to block off any areas needed.

14. Christy E.
“What can I say? Christie has had a connection with my dogs for years. She knows when there is an issue with them. But in her own right, she has done wonders with my Breeds rescue. Taking in and supporting unwanted and Puppy Mill Auction dogs. I would trust her with my life. You want a caring individual, with a heart of Gold? Then Christie is your dogs next Human friend.”

About: Surrounded by the delightful chaos of wagging tails and gentle purrs, I've been a lifelong animal lover. Our home is a vibrant mix of the playful antics of cats and the loyal companionship of dogs. My husband and I are proud parents to Stanley, our beloved Boston Terrier who's been with us since he was a pup—now nearly 13 years old! Adding to the joyful mayhem, we welcomed Beau, a 70lb Black and Tan Coonhound Mix, into our family last year through adoption. Recognizing the profound role our furry friends play in our lives, I've extended my passion for pets by frequently dog-sitting for friends when they travel. I'm no stranger to the energy and love that our four-legged family members bring into our lives. With daily 2-mile walks with Beau, I ensure our pets stay active and happy. My active lifestyle extends to playtime too, and with two small children, there's never a shortage of energy and enthusiasm in our home. I'm excited to share this love and care with your furry friends, ensuring they feel right at home and receive the attention they deserve. As a devoted pet owner, pet care seamlessly integrates into my daily and weekly routine. Each day, I prioritize scheduled feeding times, ensuring my furry friends receive nutritious meals. Regular exercise is a fundamental part of our routine, whether it's daily walks, playtime sessions, or interactive activities that keep them mentally stimulated. In both my home and my clients' homes, I prioritize the well-being and comfort of the pets under my care. For in-home pet care, I maintain a structured routine that includes regular feeding times, play sessions, and walks to cater to their physical and mental needs. In my own home, I provide a secure and pet-friendly environment, ensuring they have designated spaces for relaxation and play. I incorporate their routines seamlessly into my daily schedule, creating a sense of familiarity and stability. When caring for pets in clients' homes, I adapt to their unique environment and routines. This includes following specific feeding schedules, maintaining cleanliness, and providing companionship to alleviate any stress or anxiety. I strive to create a seamless transition for the pets, maintaining their established habits and surroundings. Whether in my home or a client's, my approach is centered on personalized attention, love, and a commitment to ensuring the pets feel safe, happy, and cherished throughout their time under my care.

About: We are an animal loving family who happens to not have any pets right now, so we are ready love on yours! We lost our Golden Retriever, Jack, when he was 12 years old a couple of years ago and the loss was so hard on our kids that we haven’t been able to jump back in fully, but we figure caring for other fur babies will be perfect in the meantime. We regularly care for relatives cats, dogs, and even chickens and reptiles. We are open to helping anyone and anything! I work from home with a very flexible schedule. Animals can hang with me while I do my work on my computer, or they are welcome to roam the home if they are able and prefer, whatever is best for them. My flexible schedule allows for as many potty breaks and walks as needed. My yard is not currently fully fenced, but I do have a 25 foot cable leash hookup in the ground in the backyard. We have no other pets in the home.

About: I am currently employed as a veterinary assistant. I have my bachelor’s degree in wildlife biology with a specialization in wildlife rehabilitation, so I have been around animals in a medical sense for about 3 years. I grew up around dogs, especially big breeds. My most recent family pet being a German shepherd. I love all dogs and especially love our large furry friends. Like I previously stated I work at a vet clinic. I am responsible for making all of our patients as comfortable as possible. I help the doctors during appointments with proper handling and care. When we we have cases that stay throughout the day I am responsible for walking them, providing water, and I like to take some time out of day to give them some love and attention to make their stay as least stressful as possible. I can easily leash dogs when needed to walk. I am quick in and out of doors to be sure your furry friends don’t make a quick escape. I can easily crate dogs if needed after my time with them. I am able to administer medication if needed/depending on the circumstances of their condition/temperament. I am more than happy to provide videos or photos of them during my time with them as well.
