About: HI! Thanks for considering me to take care of your pet while you're away. I've always loved animals and have been lucky enough to care for many in my adult life. I'm returning to the platform after a 3 year hiatus after the recent loss of my cat. I have an abundance of love remaining and would love to direct it to as many pets as possible. A few details before booking - I am an MTA commuter, so there is only so far I can go at the moment. - I work in-office Monday thru Wednesday and remotely Thursday thru Saturday. I'm pretty flexible, but for in office days walks and drop-in visits would be early mornings and after 5pm. - Due to my shared living space, I am unable to offer boarding at the moment. - Please share as many details as possible about your pet! I want them to feel as happy and comfortable as I am able to make them while you're away Other than that, we can iron out any details once a request is sent! I look forward to meeting you and your furry loved ones :) I currently work 9 am - 5pm in office Mondays thru Wednesday and remotely the remainder of the week. I am allowed flexibility at my job so if needed I can make adjustment, but I need at least 2 weeks notice to move stuff around. I am very respectful of my clients' homes and abide by the standards and protocols they set. I want to make their pet as happy and comfy while they're away.

My dog did much better than I imagined she would, and I attribute a lot of that to how respectful Teddy was of my dog's boundaries and needs. Teddy was gentle and patient and went the extra mile to try and work through my dog's anxiety. Teddy also did a good job following directions on how to help with her anxiety and her other care. I would recommend Teddy to anyone whose dog has high anxiety, including a fear of people.”

Schirn stayed at my home to watch my cat Pip while I was away. This is the second time Schirn has stayed with Pip. I highly recommend Schirn, she is great on communication with messages and photos of Pip who clearly was very comfortable being cared for by her.
Sophia is super caring and communicative. We have an anxious dog with specific routines around meeting strangers and being left alone, and Sophia was great at following these instructions to make sure Junie feels comfortable in every situation - including at the vet! Junie was sad to see her go :)
Maya took incredible care of my very needy kitten, Pants. From the initial meet-up, where she was literally on the floor getting to know my cat on his level, I knew she was the real deal. She’s extremely knowledgeable, genuinely good with animals, and has a calm, gracious presence that put both me and my cat at ease. Throughout my time away, she sent regular updates and videos where Pants was clearly happy, engaged, and affectionate. She also left my home spotless, with everything in its place. 5 stars for Erin! I was nervous using Rover for the first time to find a sitter for my senior dog. Erin immediately put me at ease. She’s warm, calm, and competent. She took great care of Archie and was super understanding when he had tummy issues. Erin is also a fantastic communicator, keeping me updated every step of the way. I appreciated her care so much. Would absolutely recommend.
Samuel was lovely! He housesat and stayed with our two cats for a week, giving medication to one cat daily. The cats warmed up to him faster than we had expected, one of them laying over his shoulders to hang out around the house. He left the house just as we had, very tidy! Responded fast and was a delight to meet in person.
Sergine was absolutely wonderful with Smokey! From the moment I met her, I felt confident leaving my beloved dog in her care—and she truly exceeded all expectations. Throughout my trip, Sergine sent daily photos, videos, and thoughtful updates on Smokey’s eating habits and overall well-being. It was such a relief to know he was not just cared for, but genuinely loved and happy. When I returned home, Smokey was full of energy, healthy, and clearly had been well looked after. Sandy was a great sitter. She was able to sit Mocha at very late notice. She came on time, stayed extra at the end and was very flexible. Easy to communicate with as well so made it very simple to coordinate. Very good with Mocha who liked Sandy straight away and was very sad when she left. Would recommend her!
