She was available on short notice, her prices cannot be beat, and most of all she went above and beyond to provide my animals with the highest level of care. I will be rebooking her again!”

About: Here’s a full “About Me” style experience section covering everything: I’ve been around animals my whole life – cats and dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. On the dog side, I’ve spent time with Great Pyrenees, so I know what it means to care for a gentle giant who needs space, steady handling, and someone who isn’t intimidated by the size. I’ve also worked with high-energy breeds like Corgis who need real engagement, and small but mighty dogs like Chihuahuas who have opinions and aren’t shy about sharing them. Whether your dog wants to burn off steam on a long walk or curl up and not move for two hours, I match their energy – not the other way around. With cats, I’ve handled the full spectrum – chaotic kittens who need supervision and stimulation, seniors who want quiet company and a predictable routine, and multi-cat households where keeping the peace is its own skill set. Every animal is different. My job is to figure out what yours needs and deliver that – not a generic visit, but one that actually fits them. I am working part time from home so I have tons of time everyday to spend with your furry friends. I do a few big walks a day and would love your pets to tag along. I have a big back yard and lots of space to keep your furry friend occupied. I also love taking long walks with your friends.
About: As a dedicated pet lover and experienced caretaker, I bring reliability, care, and a genuine passion for pets that sets me apart from other sitters. Having been surrounded by dogs and cats since I was 10, I understand what it takes to make animals feel safe, happy, and loved. Although I recently said goodbye to my beloved 16-year-old dog, I miss the joy of having pets around. Working from home gives me the flexibility to provide attentive care, and my personal goal of 10,000 steps a day ensures your dog will get plenty of exercise. Family and friends already consider me their go-to pet sitter and dog walker, and I’d love to bring that same reliable, heartfelt service to you and your furry family members! Pet care is a perfect fit for my flexible lifestyle and work-from-home schedule in tech sales. Moving to Golden, CO, I’m excited to offer even more space and opportunities for pets to thrive. My new home features a large yard with grass, a fenced dog park across the street ideal for bigger dogs and multiple pets to play, relax, and stretch out between walks. This spacious setup allows for a safe and fun environment, whether your pet enjoys structured outdoor activities or simply lounging in the sun. Golden is surrounded by incredible parks and trails, offering endless outdoor adventures. Nearby spots like Apex Park, Clear Creek Trail, and South Table Mountain Park are perfect for walks, hikes, and exploring the scenic beauty of Colorado. With a personal goal of 10,000 steps a day, I’ll make sure your dog gets plenty of exercise and enrichment, whether it’s a stroll along the creek or a hike with gorgeous mountain views. I’m available for day sittings, house sitting and boarding throughout the week. Since I occasionally travel for work, I kindly request 2 week advance notice for boarding services to ensure everything is set up for a comfortable stay. My goal is to create a loving, engaging environment for your pet with plenty of exercise, attention, and care—all in a spacious, pet-friendly home near some of Colorado’s best outdoor spaces. When caring for pets in your home, I take great care to respect your space while keeping your pet’s routines consistent. How I Care for Pets in My Home: In my home, your pet will have ample space to relax, play, and feel at ease. Since I don’t have a fenced yard, I make sure to provide plenty of outdoor time with frequent walks and play sessions at nearby parks and trails. Living in Golden means we’re just steps away from scenic, pet-friendly spaces, making every outing enjoyable and enriching. Inside, I provide cozy areas for rest and relaxation, ensuring your pet feels like part of the family during their stay. How I Care for Pets in Clients’ Homes: When caring for pets in their own homes, I prioritize keeping their routines intact. From feeding schedules to playtime, I tailor my care to match what they’re used to, reducing any stress while you’re away. Whether it’s a walk in their favorite park, administering medications, or simply extra snuggles, I adapt to your pet’s needs to keep them happy and comfortable. I also take great care of your home, leaving it just as you left it. No matter the setting, I strive to create a safe, loving environment for your pet. My focus is on providing a personalized, engaging experience that keeps tails wagging and pets feeling secure!

About: I'm a dog mom through and through, which means I come fully equipped with treats, belly rub expertise, and zero judgment about how many times your pup needs to sniff the same bush. I'm comfortable with everything from 8-week-old puppies to senior dogs (note for senior dogs: they will need to go up stairs). I'll send you an unreasonable number of photos of your dog having the time of their life while they play with my sweet gal, Mocha. Your dog will be spoiled, loved, and probably a little tired by the time you pick them up. I work from home, so your dog is never stuck home alone. They'll have access all day, every day to backyard zoomie sessions in my large, fully-fenced yard, midday sniff adventures, and plenty of couch time in between. Big dogs especially love the backyard! I offer boarding seven days a week and doggy daycare Monday through Friday. Drop-off and pick-up can easily work around your schedule. My home is a dog-friendly zone. The backyard is large and fully fenced. I don't typically use crates. Your dog is free to roam comfortably inside and out, just like they would at home. However, if you would like me to crate them I can. My own friendly dog is part of the package, so your pup will have a built-in buddy to hang out with! I do a slow introduction to make sure the dogs hit it off. As for furniture, I follow your lead! If your dog is used to the couch, they're welcome on mine. If you'd prefer they stay off, I'll happily reinforce that (my dog has already claimed the good cushion anyway). Since I work from home, I'm around to keep an eye on things all day.
“Silvia’s visit with Rufus was great! She made sure to keep me updated while she was with Rufus and sent me photos of him playing outside and taking care of business. Her service gave me relief knowing that my pup was taken care of while I was at work. I’m definitely booking her again.”
About: I have had pets since I can remember. I’m an animal lover and believe our pets are our family members and should be cared for and treated as such. I am a high school English teacher, off for the summer and would love to spend my free time helping you with your furry family members. I have a 4 year old yellow lab, Belle, and a 3 year old cat, Wayne at home. High school English teacher off for the summer. Have a very open schedule. Will block off any days I am unavailable or out of town. Reach out with any questions! Availability: M-Fri: all hours Weekends: All hours I am only servicing Drop-ins and Dog walking as I am living in an apartment in Golden. I want the best environment for your animals so I will not be doing overnight stays at my home. Open to staying at your home if that’s necessary.
About: From a young age, I have loved dogs. My California cousins bred Afghans, and I absolutely adored being around all the puppies and dogs. I am comfortable with all breeds. Growing up, I had a Royal Standard Poodle and an English Setter. As an adult, we have had labs. My husband and I trained our labs and I will be happy to provide consistent training if you wish. I am well aware of the crazy energy active dogs have and know how to provide activities to keep them happy. I am an avid hiker and can provide whatever your dogs need for fun and exercise. And truly, if they just want companionship, I love reading with a dog happily snoring. As a retired teacher, I have tons of flexibility. I do also think pets have their own routine, so my flexibility gives allowance for adapting to the dog's needs. Pets will have the ability to access our backyard and not stress about being lonely. Based on the dog and owner, I am able to accommodate to the pet's needs. I can walk/hike with those that need exercise. I am home much of the day as well. I have a large, fenced in backyard as well

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Golden
Nadia was so good with our dog Ivy. She got Ivy to warm up to her and became very comfortable with her staying with with her. She sent us photos after each time of visiting Ivy. And kept us informed with text messages while we were away I would highly recommend Nadia for anyone looking for a great pet visitor or sitter.

Sara is so patient and understanding of our timid Tali! I know some people might not always be willing to put in the time to get to know a scared pup with a past - and Sara is so willing!! I know she and Tali will be buds in no time. We look forward to working with Sara !!!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
