He FaceTimed me before accepting my request to book to get to know Franklin’s needs and show me the space that they would be spending time together. At arrival, he invited me in to see his home and spacious backyard in person. During the stay, Erik sent pictures and videos to help put me at ease while I was out of town. At the end, he even made a montage video of the time Franklin spent there. This is the BEST rover experience I’ve ever had. It really is clear to me that Erik puts the needs of our animals first and genuinely cares about their comfort during the stay. I will be rebooking with Erik for any future needs. Our dogs got along great together and our Bella had a blast. So nice to not worry about your pup when you're away and she was nice and tired when she got home!
