“Mitzi and Klifton are the best! It’s so nice to be able to travel and know our dog is so cared for. Their place is like Winter Camp with tons of play and walks and all the pictures were so fun to see.”

“Nicole was such a wonderful dog sitter to my baby dachshund. She kept me updated constantly and asked all the right questions. I felt extremely at ease knowing Nicole was doing everything in her power to make sure my dog was well fed, exercised and entertained. Definitely would recommend Nicole for any of your pet sitting needs :)”

“Our pup had a great time with Missy, Evan, Bill and Joey! They have watched copper multiple times, and she is now overjoyed to arrive at their place. Thanks for the peace of mind leaving our girl with you!”

“Thank you for watching Sky & Moose! Chelcee and Alexander were very communicative and we felt at ease leaving them in their care. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area looking for dog sitters and will definitely be returning to them in the future!”

“Very welcoming, accommodating and calm atmosphere! We have Marley scheduled 2 more times while here on vacation and hope to do the same in the future when we come out to visit our son. Could not ask for more!”

“Kari did a wonderful job taking care of our pug Earl for a week while we were out of town. She provides a minimum of daily and usually even more frequent updates and adorable photos to let us know how he is doing. She seems to truly care about him and we have peace of mind knowing he is in good hands and having fun with her and the other dog boarders staying there at the time. Kari is our go to dog sitter and we are so grateful to have found her. Thank you again!”

“Sehwa and Adam were truly a dream find! This was the first time we left our girl with someone outside of family and we were quite nervous about it, but they truly treated her like one of THEIR family and our concern quickly melted away. We got great updates every day with the funnest pictures attached. Knowing that Addie was being taken such good care of, allowed us to enjoy our family vacation even more without the stress or worry of if she is happy herself 🩷”

“Kendra is an amazing sitter who took great care of our goldendoodle puppy while he was sick with pneumonia, including administering his medications, feeding him specialized food/water, and dealing with a whole host of instructions from our vet. She was incredibly communicative, caring, and would recommend her taking care of any dog!”

“Our River had a great time with Samantha and her family. He loved playing with her friendly dogs and little boy! She also provided daily updates and pictures so that we were assured he was doing well.”

“Moose had another great stay with Steven and Susan! They made sure he still had fun and got lots of exercise while making sure he was comfy in those hot summer days. Thank you!”

“Red was great. She was open to accommodating Camilo for a week at her house. Camilo loved the space to run and to play with her dogs. She sent videos of Milo playing. I’m sure he had a really good time, and I was at peace leaving him with her.”

“We were visiting from Texas and looking for a sitter for our dog, Leia, for 3-4 dags. Barbara was so sweet to Leia. Leia was very excited to see Barbara everytime she went there. Barbara took care of another dog also during that time and Leia loved playing in the yard with the other dog. Barbara also kept me posted about Leia the entire time. I would be very comfortable leaving Leia with Barbara when we come back to Bailey again.”

About: I’ve taken care of large/,medium & small dogs since I was 20. Neighbors, friends and family relied on me to groom, walk, feed & bath their pets, and I can do it for you. As I’m retired with plenty of time to care for your dog, and take it on walks, if you choose.. I do have a cat so your pet needs to be cat-friendly. I’m available for boarding/drop-off after 2 p.m., on weekdays & weekends, unless other arrangements made in advance. I am retired, and have plenty of time to care for your pet(s). I have a fenced yard, a large, covered, enclosed deck for lounging in open-air, 2 friendly small dogs, and a cat. Also live in fairly large house with my grandson who is 4 yrs. old (must get along w/child, small dogs & cat).. I can walk your dog if arrangements made in advance (for additional fee.) I crate my dogs at night, and prefer you provide a crate for your dog(s), as well.
“Luna loved her stay with Jen!! Jen has a very awesome large backyard which Luna loved; unfortunately a deer engaged her prey drive & she jumped the fence after it!!! Jen was very kind & let me know & Luna had to be on a lead if not monitored closely in the yard from then on - I completely understand Jen’s rule about no dogs that will jump the fence! Luna doesn’t read the rules all the time though 😳 Jen was very communicative & send me lots of pics & updates which I loved. If Luna wasn’t a jumper, she would absolutely love to go back!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Kittredge
We are so fortunate we found Olga. She and her family were absolutely wonderful to our girl. They welcomed her into their home and treated her like family. She had a great time romping around with their sweet pup and the yard is a dog's dream come true. Olga sent pictures daily and the communication was top notch. She even went above and beyond by accommodating a last minute change on our end. Thank you Olga for providing such great care and attention to our girl!

Suzy and her family were absolutely wonderful for watching our mini golden doodle for a week. He had the best time and in the middle of trip Suzy graciously took him to our local vet for us when he had a situation that needed attention to help make the rest of his week more comfortable. We would absolutely use Suzy again and recommend her highly!

Fang and her family did a wonderful job taking care of Kaya. They made her a part of their own and made her feel very comfortable. Her updates consisted of photos and videos almost every day. They even got Kaya an Adventure dog calendar and made us a pawprint ornament. She was fed well, loved, and had lots of company with their puppy Juno. Juno was very energetic and playful, but from what I could tell in the videos, her and Kaya chased each other and otherwise played gentle (no bullying from either pup). Overall, we would highly recommend Fang for boarding.

Casey and her partner were wonderful with our wild pup, Fable! She is 8 mo old and has lots of energy but Casey and her dogs did a fantastic job wearing her out. They were great communicators and sent lots of pictures and updates. Fable can't wait until her next stay!

Many sitters in CO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
