About: I've owned and taken care of several pets throughout my life (dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, etc.) I currently have two senior dogs, whom have been with me their whole lives and they are well trained and full of love and joy. I am a retired military veteran, 6'4" / 250 lbs, and I've sat for many of my colleagues in different parts of the world. I've also had others watch my dogs and I've been told that they are extremely well behaved. I am free after 5 p.m. on weekdays and I am available most weekends. I love walking for exercise and it's even better with a companion or two, or three! If applicable, I can take your dog to the dog park where we can be social. My pets have constant access to the backyard and an auto dispensing water bowl. I'm always well supplied with food and snacks for appropriate occasions.

I can do dog sitting for dogs of all ages and needs. For boarding and house-sitting, all I ask is that your dog is friendly so that they get along with mine. I have a 5 year old lab-great dane mix, and he is such a gentle giant. For sitting, I am happy to come to you! For walking, I can walk dogs of all ages and needs, and am happy to also take your dog for a run! Tenja took excellent care of our three dogs, all with various health care needs, and she did an incredible job. She was able to meet all of our dogs’ needs, provide TLC, and photos of the pups! She also left the house in great shape upon our return, and was a great communicator by text while we were away. I absolutely will be using her again.
Grace was a wonderful sitter! She saved us after a last minute cancellation and was able to stay the weekend with our dog. She is responsive and obviously loves dogs. Our dog (who has some health issues and is a tripaw) was very happy and well taken care of when we got home.
