I have more than 10 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds, from energetic puppies to seniors who need a gentler pace and a little extra patience. I also have extensive animal care experience from past roles working at AZA zoos. I understand that every dog has a different personality, routine and comfort level, and I take the time to earn their trust and provide the kind of care that works best for them. I’m patient, kind and compassionate, and I genuinely love spending time with dogs. I’m also very active and happy to provide plenty of walks, exercise and playtime for dogs who need it. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, affectionate or independent, I’ll follow your instructions closely, keep you updated and care for them as if they were my own.

As an owner of a deaf Border Collie and a Jack Russel with separation anxiety, Tom went above and beyond to get to know them and ensure they had all they were both accommodated. He's quick to respond, sends lot's of updates and a the dogs are always very excited to see him.
Tom is a fantastic pet sitter and has taken care of my dog for years now. Whenever I leave for a trip he’s always cared for my golden retriever. Tom makes it a goal to give him plenty of attention and stimulation. As well as keeping him fed and always making sure he has plenty of love.

Tom has watched my dog multiple times over the years whenever I took vacation. I have an older, stubborn pit mix that still gets the zoomies and Tom did a good job looking after him. He kept him on his regular walking schedule, kept him clean, and gave him plenty of affection. Tom was so good that I had a hard time getting my dog to leave when it was time to come home!

Schedule
I work from home full-time, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m able to provide dogs with plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day, along with regular bathroom breaks, walks, playtime and exercise. Because I’m home, dogs in my care won’t be left alone for long stretches, and I can easily adapt my schedule to their normal feeding, medication and activity routines. I genuinely enjoy having a dog by my side while I work and making sure they feel comfortable, engaged and cared for.

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or theirs, I focus on keeping them safe, comfortable and as close to their normal routine as possible. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, bathroom breaks and any household rules. I provide plenty of attention, exercise and playtime while also respecting when a pet needs quiet time or space. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of both the pet and the property, and I make sure everything is clean and secure before I leave. I also provide regular photos and updates so owners can relax knowing their pet is happy and receiving patient, compassionate care.
