About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was little, and now my kids get to share that same love for animals! They’ll happily play and help keep your dog happy while they’re in our care. Our playful, gentle Bernedoodle, Waldo, will be a friendly companion for your pup! With plenty of attention, playtime, and affection, your pup will feel right at home with us. I work part-time from home and part-time at my studio, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pup! We’ll go on long walks, have plenty of playtime, and, of course, enjoy lots of snuggles while you’re away. Your furry friend will get all the love and attention they deserve! About: I have experience in taking care of dogs and cats since I was 8 years old, including animals that are not my own. I have basic dog training skills along with emergency vet medicine skills from working at a Veterinary ER. I have worked with all ages of dogs and cats in sick and in health. I also can provide basic grooming services, bathing, trims, teeth brushing, and nail trimming. I have experience and training with fractious and aggressive animals and know how handle them safely do no one gets hurt. I am a college student and have classes through out the week. However my class schedule and weekends are quite open and I would love to fill that time caring for your pet/s! I always approach an animal calmly and patiently allowing them to come to terms with me being in their space. I base the time I walk a dog on owners request and the animals tolerance. If the dog looks in distress after 20 minutes I’ll turn back and head home, occasionally stopping so they can catch their breath or be carried if small. If I’m just stopping in to let a dog out I make sure to have them on leash as is state law until entering a fenced area. If requested by the owner or the dog is interested I’ll play with the animal to get in exercise before they have to go inside. For both cats and dogs, I ensure that enough water is accessible and if they need to be fed they have been. For cats if requested by the owner or if it is an extended sitting or stay I will care for the litter box. As an owner of a cat myself I always check once a week to make sure there has been both fecal and urine output from an animal. This is something I can do on request for owners as well. Cats are masters of disguise when it comes to their health. I have worked hard to learn subtle ques and behaviors from cats to help identify a problem. Unfortunately I do not take requests to let a cat outside unless they have been trained on a leash. After working at a veterinary ER and a wildlife center I have decided that I am unwilling to allow a cat outside unleashed and unsupervised. Cats like dogs also require different forms of enrichment and interaction. If your cat/s are playful and social I can provide active enrichment. I also understand that for some cats strangers are not who they wish to interact with. The animals well being is my first priority and what I focus on when caring for them.
About: Hi! I’m Emily. 😊 And I’ve always been an animal lover. I grew up with multiple cats and dogs in my home. Friends and family have relied on me to take care of their pets when they’ve needed help over the last thirty years or so. I have also worked at a dog kennel where I walked and bathed dogs of all sizes and breeds. And I currently volunteer for the Humane Society where I interact with animals regularly. 😌 I work a 9 to 5 schedule Monday through Friday and I’m fully remote so I have plenty of time to regularly take dogs outside, out into my fenced in yard or to take them for both short and longer walks. I can dog sit any day though I do volunteer for the Humane Society on Friday evenings starting at 4 so Friday evenings don’t work well for me. Also, my rate is for six hours or less and then I charge an additional $5/hour for each hour after that FYI. I have a fenced in yard and can easily crate your dog if desired. I currently have one cat who has lived with a dog in the past, though I typically separate her in what I call her upstairs “kitty apartment” anyway. 😌

About: Worked at Cherokee Kennels, in Fitchburg for 3 years, learned many new things about many different breeds of dogs. Love long walks, and giving the best love to pets! I currently work a full-time job, but am looking to add something fun on the side. I am gone about 10 hours daily for work, otherwise I am outside enjoying nature and going on walks and runs. Laura came and met us before starting walks with my dog, Ruby. She was great with Ruby and very attentive to her. The first time Laura came to walk Ruby, Ruby was shy and uncertain. Laura was patient and slowly allowed my pup to warm up to her so they could play in the yard. I highly recommend Laura, she clearly loves animals and does a great job recognizing what they need and goes at their pace.
Lynelle is WONDERFUL! I adopted my pup a week before I had to go back to work and couldn't get him in daycare yet. I contacted Lynelle about walking him mid-day and she responded right away to set up a time to meet him. My dog liked Lynelle right away and you can tell she loves working with animals.
