About: IMPORTANT: I am already being booked into Summer 2025 for other non-Rover clients; those spaces are marked as away on my Rover calendar as soon as their bookings are confirmed. Please be sure to book as early as possible so I can accommodate as many requests as I can. Thank you!! I have very flexible availability and just know that your dogs are in great hands! I’ve had dogs in the past and I’m so excited to be around them and love them again! if your dog loves to exercise, I’ll have no problem running with them. If a senior dog or puppy needs specific care, I’m willing to do whatever is necessary to provide tons of affection and specialized care. As owners, I know that everyone has a different routine and I want to give your dog the same level of love and care. I have very flexible availability for walks and sitting. I have no issues not only caring for your pets but doing small chores/errands while you are away. I am super excited to meet you and your babies! I have an remote, asynchronous and flexible job. Meetings are infrequent and are typically no longer than 1-1.5 hrs. I can guarantee I can accommodate your pet’s entire routine schedule from walks, playtime, feeding, etc. Please feel free to ask any questions about this when we do our meet and greet—I am more than happy to provide additional details about how I make everything work! My priority is your pets comfort & care. I will be sure to uphold any routine and maintain safety in and outside your home. Be sure to mention any specifics when booking with me.

About: I’ve taken care of pets for my co-workers and friends for the past several years while they traveled out of town for an extended amount of time. I make sure to check-in every day, feed them, and make sure they get enough attention. I am raising money for marathons I have signed up for over the next year. I’m preparing to run the Marine Corps Marathon and aim to run the Boston Marathon. I usually work evenings from 3-11pm Wednesdays through Sundays and I will have time to take care of your pet in the mornings before I get ready for work. When I am in charge of your pet, I make sure sure they have the food the need to remain healthy, give them a walk when they need it, and provide them with enough attention.

About: I have owned and been around dogs and cats my whole life. I started out working with small animals when I volunteered at the Connecticut Audubon Society when I was a child and teenager. I also worked at PetSmart in the their Pet Hotel doing doggy daycare. While there, I walked, fed, cleaned up after, and watched over groups of dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have also volunteered with Protectors of Animals at their cat shelter for about 2 years now. I have worked with cats of all ages and temperaments. My schedule is very open at the moment. I am able to check up on animals multiple times throughout a weekday and am also available on weekends. I am available to take care of pets in your home, whether you just need me to feed them and let them out a few times a day, or if your pet needs someone to stay with them for longer periods of time. I have reliable transportation in case of emergency. I am comfortable giving pills, but I am not trained on giving injections.

About: After many years of asking, I finally received the opportunity to raise my puppy, Shadow and take care of him until his last years. I’m an all around animal lover, and that experience helped enlighten me to the amazing connection between people and their pets! I’ve also worked for a pet supply company where I spent 3 years there, with one of them being a pet care associate. There I was trained on taking care of a wide variety of animals such as kittens / cats, reptiles, aquatics, and small animals like guinea pigs and chinchillas. I’d feed these animals daily, clean up their habitats, and provide them with their medication whenever necessary. I’m a recent graduate and just received my Bachelors degree, but I’m looking to do a bit more work doing something I truly enjoy 😊 I’m currently working Monday- Friday 7-4, but will soon be available Fridays. I’m free weekends, early mornings before I head into work, and later evenings. As long as enough information and resources are provided, I’m completely open to caring for pets with medical conditions, specific dietary guidelines, and other animals besides dogs and cats. Puppies, kittens, small animals, large animals, and elderly animals are all welcomed. When bringing pets outside for their walks or to dog parks I do bring my doggy bags, a small first aid kit, as well as a small air horn specifically meant for stopping animal attacks. Potty time can be limited to specific nearby areas if necessary, or simply walks and can be done every 2 hours. Please make note of any physical limitations to ensure safety during play time 😊

“Sherri has been the perfect fit for Sophie. She instantly bonded with her. Sherri’s is always on time, takes lots of great pictures and lets me know if Sophie is having a good day or she can tell if she is not herself. Great communication, respectful and sweet.”
