“Lydia was very punctual, organized, prepared, and friendly! She was very easy to talk to, and my pets liked her right away. I felt very comfortable leaving them with her for an overnight stay. She sent me photos, videos and kept me updated. Would absolutely book with her again.”

“Destini took care of my baby for 8 days. Sandy has separation anxiety and I can’t bear to leave her on a boarding facility that long. I have found Destini’s profile here in Rover. Messaged her and we immediately set up a time and date for a meet and greet. Sandy warmed up to her pretty fast. Plus, Destini is very patient, very professional and I can feel that Sandy will be in good hands with her. I have peace of mind all throughout my trip. Thank you so much Destini! 💕”

“Lily is great. She stayed with our two small dogs, Rambi and Winston, for a week. Both dogs seem to really like her. Lily was diligent in providing us with daily updates; she also helped us out greatly by performing the ancillary task of shipping some packages for us while we were traveling. Thanks, Lily! I definitely recommend Lily. We're looking forward to having her back for a two-week stay later this year. ”

“Virginia was awesome. We booked her on short notice due to a death in the family and she was happy to do it. She sent us great pictures and updates a couple times per. She treated our dogs like they were her own and we came back to happy dogs. We are very grateful to her and appreciate all that she did. She will be the one person we go to for our fur babies from this point forward.”

“Sarah did a great job looking after our three dogs! She was really good at communicating with us and giving us updates daily. We will definitely use the service again. Thank you, Sarah for a worry-free vacation!”

“My dog is very wary of new people, and therefore requires someone who really understands dogs. Kelly agreed to meet our dog prior to sitting for us, and my husband was amazed at how our dog (who often has fear-based aggression with new people) INSTANTLY loved Kelly! Kelly sent us pictures 2-3 times a day, which showed us that our dog was having a great time! Will definitely book again!”

“Laura was absolutely amazing with my baby. Sent frequent updates and pictures . Only compliant I have is she spoiled him toooooo much ( is that even a real thing ) lol . Will definitely be using in the future :)”

“Kayla was wonderful and I will most definitely look for her in the future! She was very professional and was kind enough to extend her time to accommodate unexpected travel issues and make sure that Charlie was cared for. Thank you again Kayla!”

“Abigail was great with our animals. The dogs took to her as soon as she walked in for the meet and greet. We would highly recommend her and we hope to use her services again in the future.”

“Sommer was very dependable and detail oriented which was important to me! She also provided excellent communication and quick response time when communicating!! My cat is usually depressed, stressed, and distances himself from us when we return from vacationing. It usually takes him several days to warm back up to us but he was not that way at all this time!! I would give Sommer 10 stars if it was an option.”

About: I have had a couple of dogs growing up! Especially now I have learned a bunch of different things. I do well with brushing and grooming dogs, giving them medication and baths. I enjoy playing and taking them on walks. I also used to volunteer at the animal shelter. I currently work full time (3 - 12 hour shifts). My schedule changes weekly. Sometimes I work night shift and sometimes I work day shift. My shifts are always 7-7. I have a fur baby in an apartment. I take him to the park to get his exercise in or walk him around the apartment complex.

“Elise did an amazing job taking care of our two dogs. She was always on time and kept us updated during our trip. I was especially impressed by her attention to detail, adhering to a pretty complex medicine schedule for our younger dog. Highly recommend!”

About: I am a lover of all animals & have grown up with them my whole life. I started pet-sitting for friends and family when I was 10. I am comfortable with all breeds, and all your pet needs including medications, puppies, seniors, walking, etc. I am happy to give your pet all the snuggles or wear them out with lots of play! I have a very flexible schedule and availability will depend on the day / week. I am open Monday - Sunday. Depending on when you need me, I am happy to make my schedule revolve around your pet. I want your pet to feel as comfortable as possible and will do everything in my power to ensure this is the case. In your home, I will keep their routine to what they are used to. On walks, I will keep them on leash and make sure your requests are met. For drop-ins, I will make sure they are left feeling very loved.

About: I am an animal person, but dogs are my favorite! I am available to walk your dog, feed them, show them love when you aren't around. I know that animals are like family and intend to make them feel your love while you are away. My children are animal lovers too! I have been dog sitting, dog walking, and loving on fur babies for about 10 years. I am new to Rover and can't wait to meet more sweet fur babies. You can ensure that your animals and home are in good care while you are away. I will love them like I would want mine loved on when I am away. I work full time but work several days remote. I am able to come to your home before work, on my lunch break, and after work to check in, give potty breaks, or take for a walk. Weekends are wide open. I can occasionally stay overnight with them. I know animals are family too and I intend to treat them that way. You can feel comfortable while you are away, and they are in my care.

About: I’m currently a fourth-year undergraduate student majoring in Environmental Studies and Political Science! I grew up taking care of family pets such as dogs, cats, horses, and goats, which was my initial introduction to the animal world. Beyond this, I spent many years volunteering at rescues to learn about caring for animals with particular behavioral and medical needs. I’ve gained invaluable experience through rehabilitating animals and have tried to advocate for animal welfare whenever possible in my daily life. Since starting my degree, I’ve house-sat and pet-sat on multiple occasions for periods up to a month in length. I’m comfortable caring for a wide range of animals and understand the importance of care done correctly. I’m happy to accommodate specific requests and prioritize pet well-being above all else! I'm a full-time student, so I will have several classes every day beginning in late August. However, this schedule could easily accommodate visits to the house throughout the day for potty breaks or other animal needs. I'm able to manage morning and night care, along with 1-2 visits throughout the day. I'm also available with greater flexibility on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for drop-in visits, walking, and house-sitting. Depending on owner and pet needs, we can work out a schedule to suit everyone! In my client's home, I try to maximize time spent with the animals by sitting in communal spaces and interacting with them whenever possible. I'm a patient and flexible person, so the process of learning an animal's routine and behaviors is a fun challenge for me! I also complete necessary tasks like feeding, watering, walking, grooming, etc.

Eliza meets all my criteria and I would hire her back in a heartbeat.”
