“During my two-week stay in the UK I felt very secure that my cockerpoo Ruby was in safe hands. Melissa kept me updated with charming photos of Ruby from which I could see that she was happy. I left her with the responsibility of watering my garden and it was good to see the garden thriving on my return. Melissa let me know when pet food got low and bought more, and on leaving she stripped her bed and remade it having washed the sheets. She was capable and reliable, keeping in touch with me as well as taking good care of Ruby and my house and garden.”
