“Rebecca was absolutely wonderful! I was fully confident in leaving Mousse with her after doing an initial meet and greet. It was very clear that Rebecca has a good sense of how dogs are and what they need. She was careful to point out that her stairway was sometimes a challenge for dogs and that it was important to make sure Mousse would be ok navigating them... and she'd thought out where to place the crate in her apartment so it wasn't in the sun. She sent regular check ins and Mousse was clearly having a great time in all the pictures :) In addition, Rebecca was very flexible and understanding when we were stuck in traffic and needed to delay pick up by a few hours. We hope to add Rebecca to our regular rotation of Rover sitters!”

Yulia is the whole package! She asked great questions ahead of his stay in order to be prepared (and to prepare us), we had a great meet-and-greet ahead of the stay as first time clients, she shared clear instructions on how to prepare for boarding (what to bring and not bring, etc.), communicated expectations around photos/updates and routines, and clearly loves caring for dogs. She replies quickly and is very punctual. My dog Karl can be nervous or shy, and he was right at home and very comfortable from the very first day. He came back home happy and totally stress-free. He had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend Yulia to anyone looking for a professional, kind, high-quality boarding experience.”

I can’t say enough about how great Audrey and Grayson are with our dog. They sent photos or videos every day and kept us up to date on how our Callie dog was doing. They spent lots of time to make sure she was happy and comfortable, and cared for her like she was their own.
Our dogs had a great time at their first overnight with Joseph. We have one pup who takes awhile to warm up to new people and situations, and Joseph recognized that and gave him the time and space he needed to get comfortable. Joseph provided lots of updates so we know our dogs were getting great care! Will definitely book again!
We had such a wonderful experience leaving our dog in Regina's care. From the very beginning, she was incredibly welcoming and made both us and our dog feel completely comfortable. The handoff process was seamless and stress-free, and it was clear right away that our dog settled in nicely with her. Throughout the stay, Regina was kind, thoughtful, and consistently kept us updated on how he was doing. We especially appreciated all the photos and messages she sent — seeing him happily playing, going on hikes in the parks, and enjoying himself gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about his well-being and treated him with so much attention and affection. Leaving your pet with someone else can be difficult, but Regina made us feel completely at ease the entire time. We are truly grateful for the care she provided. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter, and we will definitely be using her again in the future.
Mary was great with Coco, and great with communication, throughout. She would always send multiple pictures of Coco, on walks, eating, playing and napping. 🙂 She updated me on anything that affected Coco. I would definitely ask Mary to take care of Coco again, knowing she was in good hands. :)
Melanie took wonderful care of Roo for five days. Despite some bladder issues that started at the beginning of his stay and a late-in-the-game stomach issue, Melanie's sweet nature and compassionate care helped reassure me that he was always in good hands. A great experience again with Jacqueline! She takes great care of our 2 senior dogs and makes them feel comfortable and safe during boarding. Nicolle, care and pictures of my dog Spot made my stay away from him enjoyable. First time we were separated a long period of time. Will gladly as for Nicolle again. Will gladly recommend Rover to family and friends. My daughter n law recommended, glad she did. Gave tip directly to Nicolle when picked up Spot. Didn't know to use system.
Sean and Sam are EXCELLENT dog sitters; I feel very confident that my girl Lucy is well cared for when she stays with them. Sean also sent us a picture each day we were away, so we got to see some of the cute things she was up to. Their two dogs, Nora and Pintxo, are sweet, energetic pitties that make my sweet but excitable pittie feel right at home.
Amy was amazing with my dog! She made him feel comfortable right away and I trusted her 100% to take good care of him. He is a bit reactive on the leash and requires more care on walks, and Amy made sure to be mindful of that and be extra careful. He made himself right at home in her care and she welcomed it! You can tell she’s a true dog lover who enjoys to spend time with your pup.
Shanequa was wonderful with my 3 legged dog, Milo. He can't walk, but scoots around and has to be carried everywhere. I am always nervous about people losing patience with him, but Shanequa put me at ease with pictures and notes everyday. Milo was well cared by Shanequa. I will definitely use her again!
This was my first time using Rover, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Destyne took such amazing care of my two dogs for 2 nights, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. My dogs aren’t potty trained and require diaper changes, and she handled everything with so much patience and care. That alone meant a lot to me, but she went even further by sending regular updates and pictures, which really reassured me that they were happy and comfortable. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she truly treated my dogs like her own. You can tell she genuinely cares about the pets she watches. I will definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and attentive sitter!
