I have been dog sitting since 2022, first on the west coast and now back in Philly! I adore pups, I have had a dog in my family for years and have had my own pup as well. I travel too much currently to have my own dog again but I absolutely love taking care of other doggies when I’m in town!

Joan was absolutely amazing! She sent daily photos and videos of my pup and provided regular updates. Each day, she took my dog to a different park in the neighborhood, and my pup had an absolute blast while in Joan's care. When my flight home was delayed and I had to change the pick-up date to the following day, Joan was incredibly accommodating. I can't wait to rebook her for my next trip!

Joan was kind and caring from the moment I dropped off my pup. She genuinely cared for Apollo while he was under her care and updated me with photos of him on the adventures and naps he took feeling so safe with her. I cannot thank Joan enough for making me feel so carefree while I was away knowing I could trust her with my pup. She is such a genuine wonderful person and I can’t wait to have her watch my pup again!

Schedule
When I am not traveling (either work or personal), my regular routine involves full work days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and virtual school Monday and Friday. I live near a dog park in a highly walkable and dog friendly area so there are tons of great places in the area for dogs.

I live in a very dog friendly apartment complex in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment! There is lots of grass to run and sniff around if the dog is okay off leash. I am a very attentive dog mama who took the best care of her fur child and would do the same for yours!
A typical day
I live close to a dog park as well as the Wissahickon, so there are plenty of fun places for pups to run and play! Long walks and fetch are definitely on the agenda as well!
