She was an excellent communicator before and during our scheduled trip. She was super flexible about our pick up and drop off times since we were on the road and didn't have a firm time, which made us able to travel with ease! Her home is a wonderful home for animals of all kinds and your pup will be well cared for and in for a fun time with her two lovely dogs. Kerry gave Winnie meds, eye drops, carried Winnie up and down her stairs (not an easy feat, Winnie weighs 45lbs!), and gave her so much love and affection. “Gabriela was wonderful!! She kept us informed & sent pictures which was very much appreciated! We missed our dog, Poppy, but felt more at ease with updates! She let us know if he was eating & how he was doing in the unfamiliar environment. She asked if it was ok if she could give him homemade chicken which he loved! Whatever unease Poppy may have felt initially quickly dissipated with her loving care of him!! She was also very sensitive to his possible reaction to fireworks over July 4 anticipating he may not react well. She made sure she provided a quiet and safe space for him. I can’t say enough about how great Audrey and Grayson are with our dog. They sent photos or videos every day and kept us up to date on how our Callie dog was doing. They spent lots of time to make sure she was happy and comfortable, and cared for her like she was their own.
A great experience again with Jacqueline! She takes great care of our 2 senior dogs and makes them feel comfortable and safe during boarding. Very easy to work with and sends cute photos of our pooches during their stay. It's a great relief to see our dogs develop confidence under her care and meet new friends. Thanks again for another great boarding experience!
Sean and Sam are EXCELLENT dog sitters; I feel very confident that my girl Lucy is well cared for when she stays with them. Sean also sent us a picture each day we were away, so we got to see some of the cute things she was up to. Their two dogs, Nora and Pintxo, are sweet, energetic pitties that make my sweet but excitable pittie feel right at home.
Shanequa was wonderful with my 3 legged dog, Milo. He can't walk, but scoots around and has to be carried everywhere. I am always nervous about people losing patience with him, but Shanequa put me at ease with pictures and notes everyday. Milo was well cared by Shanequa. I will definitely use her again!
This was my first time using Rover, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Destyne took such amazing care of my two dogs for 2 nights, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. My dogs aren’t potty trained and require diaper changes, and she handled everything with so much patience and care. That alone meant a lot to me, but she went even further by sending regular updates and pictures, which really reassured me that they were happy and comfortable. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she truly treated my dogs like her own. You can tell she genuinely cares about the pets she watches. I will definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and attentive sitter!
Lizzy took such great care of our big, energetic pups. She arranged a meet and greet beforehand so she could meet the dogs and they could be introduced to her home. Her fenced in back yard is every dog’s dream! She sent plenty of pictures and updates to ease our minds while we were away. Would definitely recommend Lizzy to anyone who’s looking for a home-like environment for their pups while they travel.
