They sent constant picture updates, kept me informed about potty breaks, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure my pup was comfortable. Most impressively, they always responded in under a minute—such peace of mind. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had on Rover, and I’m so glad we connected. They’re true professionals who are clearly passionate about what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for loving, reliable care.”

“Jennifer and her family took awesome care of our puppy (a 3 month old Dachshund). It is apparent from the second you meet Jennifer that she is a lover of all furry creatures and we felt immediately at ease. While we were away, Jennifer sent frequent pictures and updates of our puppy and his activities so we knew what he was up to and that he was being loved and cared for. “Yuiko is the best! We just returned from a 12-day trip. During our time away Yuiko looked after our 26lb 1.5 year old terrier-mix Bailey. This was Bailey's third and by far the longest stay with Yuiko and her family. Bailey was a member of Yuiko's family during his stay. He made lots of friends. He was superbly cared for. Yuiko kept us abreast with multiple daily photos of Bailey. And she gave us a detailed update when we went to pick Bailey up at the end of our stay. I highly recommend Yuiko.”
