Julia is an outstanding cat sitter. I was traveling overseas for 10 days and felt completely comfortable with the care and attention she provided to my cat. Prior to my travel, Julie proactively scheduled a meet & greet, since it had been some time since her last cat sitting session with my cat. She engaged with my cat in a way that kept her from not feelin abandoned during my vacation. Upon my return, the litter box was clean and my cat's feeding and water area was spotless. Deeann showed up promptly for our initial meet-and-greet, showed a great deal of respect for our home and cats, asked excellent and on-point questions and took notes for the care of our cats. She communicated promptly, and is very nice. She showed up right on time for our first scheduled visit, only to discover I had left the wrong key! She worked wit me to try to find a solution but none was forthcoming. Unfortunately I had to cut my trip short and return. I have every confidence she would would have been great and would recommend her; and, when I need a sitter in the future, I'll reach out to her first.
Ryan is always a fantastic, responsive and reliable sitter for our house and pets. We have hired him several times including multiple last minute stays and we always appreciate his communication, updates, and excellent manner with the animals. Highly recommend!
