Fairhill dog parents share their Rover experiences
This was our first time leaving Bruno with someone for 2 weeks so we wanted to take Bruno to meet Hanna and go over his daily routine in detail. She was more than happy to invite us over to her home. Our first meeting with Hanna and her mom, Esther went so well. They were so genuine and welcoming. We walked out knowing Bruno will be in such good hands and so loved. From the moment we dropped off Bruno we started receiving videos and pictures. She made sure we were updated everyday. It made us so happy knowing how Bruno was settling in and how he was doing. It didn’t take Bruno long to get adjusted because of how loving Hanna and her mom Esther are. Hanna took him on walks, and gave him lots of playtime which was definitely appreciated by Bruno :) It was also Bruno’s birthday while we were gone and they made sure to celebrate with him by getting him a cake, toy, balloons which filled us with so much joy since we couldn’t be there with him. Bruno gained 2 lifelong friends. Hanna and Esther are two of the most genuine and sweetest people we have met. We will definitely be using Hanna’s services again :)
Patricia was amazing watching our 2 senior dogs for a week! She is so sweet and really treated the dogs as her own She even assured me that they were allowed on all the furniture and bed as they do at home. She provided frequent updates and multiple pictures a day. She gave one of our dogs medication 3 times a day and handled a preexisting injury very well. She took amazing care of our dogs and I know they can’t wait to go back! I would definitely recommend Patricia for boarding and will definitely be using her again!
Danielle is a great sitter! Our dogs seemed to really enjoy staying with her. She was very communicative and accommodating. She also sent a lot of updates and pictures, which I loved, and seemed to shower them with love. If we need a sitter again, we would absolutely look into Danielle’s availability!
