I DO NOT BOARD; PIT MIXES, BULLDOGS, FRENCH BULLDOGS OR PUGS. NO LAST MINUTE AND MUST HAVE INITIAL MEET prior to boarding or daycare. DOGS MUST BE HOUSEBROKEN !!! No Pee Pads.
A typical day
I treat pets like family. Free run of the house and yard with affection, play, along with regular walks/runs as needed on lead only in Baldwin park across the street and over to the Art Museum area. Food as provided by owner. NO LAST MINUTE BOARDING or daycare without a prior meeting.

I love animals and they know it. I have 40yrs of experience raising,training and rescuing large breed dogs and puppies. I I’ve lived with Afghan Hounds, Greyhounds and Borzoi, at one point having three big boys in the house. Now I have Ivan a Borzoi. I’ve also taken care of dogs since I was 10. I live across from a large park and two blocks away from the Ben Franklin Parkway which makes dog walking and excercise easy, fun and convenient. Ivan and me are family and we will care for your pets like family when in our home. IDOGS MUST BE HOUSETRAINED. We DON’T BOARD PIT MIXES or BULLDOGS. A MEET & GREET Is REQUIRED so that everyone especially the dog, is comfortable.

A great stay as always :) my dog is always happy and comfortable with Annyah!
Annyah is great with sitting our dog. She sends plenty of photos each day, we get to see our dog outside on walks, playing with other dogs, and taking naps. Annyah is quick to respond to messages and is flexible with pick-up and drop-off times
