“Carrie was an amazing sitter. Attentive, communicative, and punctual. She went above and beyond to make sure my Bonnie was cared for the way I would take care of her. I will be rebooking with her for sure!”

“We have had Christina stay at our house and care for or Aussiedoodle multiple times. She is the best! We ask a lot of her because our dog has separation anxiety and can’t be left alone. I never have to worry about anything when we are on vacation. She takes amazing care of everything and gives updates! Will continue to use her!”

“Elizabeth is great! We have two needy pets, including an old, anxious dog with mobility issues and other special needs. Elizabeth was perfect with administering medications and and keeping up with regular physical therapy exercises. We came home to a clean house and two well cared for (though possibly disappointed Elizabeth was gone) pets. I would definitely recommend Elizabeth if you need someone to watch pets in your home.”

“Tina was so sweet and caring with Tolly. We felt very comfortable with her and appreciated how loving she was towards Tolly. We would absolutely book her again.”

“Duncan was a professional and responsible caretaker. He went above and beyond our expectations when he took care of our 2 dogs Honey and Pickles for two weeks. Before even starting the job, he met us in a freezing blizzard for a simple meet + greet, which I think immediately showed his dedication to the job. He also cleaned up around our house when the dogs were making a mess, not something that we asked him to do — but rather something that he proactively did. One of our dogs, Honey, has anxiety. Duncan even stood overnight on New Years Eve just to help her stay calm during the fireworks, which I believe is something your average dog caretaker wouldn’t do! He was also very responsive with text and sent us updates every day. I felt much peace of mind because I knew Duncan was taking our two dogs on 2 walks every day, feeding them on time, and spending some time with them too. I would definitely recommend Duncan to a friend and would rebook him myself!”

“Samantha really put us at ease when we went away for the night. She communicated with us the entire time providing updates on our dogs and pictures. I will continue to book Samantha anytime we need someone to check on our babies!”

“This is the first time I had someone stay in my home to care for Chica. Alexys was great. She came by the house the day before we were leaving for a meet and greet. She arrived on time, stayed one night overnight, washed the sheets and made the bed. That was above and beyond. And Chica was happy. I would definitely use Alexys again and recommend her to anyone need pet sitting/walking services.”

“Bill was absolutely outstanding. He stayed at our place while we’re out of the country for a little over a week. He took incredible care of our two golden retrievers and sent many updates and pictures of them. He was prompt and took great care of our house while we were away. We will definitely be booking Bill again for his services!”

“Kettrell is wonderful with Peppa and always leaves my apartment in impeccable shape! She’s been watching Peppa (not the easiest dog to handle) for a few years now and I feel confident leaving my pup in her care. 100% recommend and will continue to book with her.”

“Gio took wonderful care of our two rescue pups during their first Rover and housesitting experience. He send some wonderful video clips and photos and I felt so reassured knowing they were having a great time. He even had a special birthday celebration for our Katie who turned 5 while we were gone! We will definitely be booking again for future trips!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs my entire life and currently care for my own 2-year-old pitbull mix, so I’m very comfortable with energetic dogs, daily walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and reinforcing routines. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to help care for their pets over the years, and I genuinely love spending time with animals. I’m patient, attentive, and understand how important it is for pet owners to feel confident their dog is safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re away I’m currently taking a sabbatical from corporate work, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine as the primary caregiver for my own dog, so I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting during weekdays, mornings, evenings, and weekends. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and consistent care. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’m very attentive, patient, and understand that every dog has different routines, energy levels, and needs. As the primary caregiver for my own 2-year-old pitbull mix, I’m comfortable handling larger, energetic dogs and paying close attention during walks, feeding, playtime, and potty breaks. In a client’s home, I’ll respect your space, follow your care instructions closely, and provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.
“Porsche was incredible!! She did a meet and greet with us before watching our dog. Which went really well and was very helpful for us. She then stayed at our house which was left really clean. She sent photos and communicated her arrival and departure as well. We will be using her again.”

“Stephanie was amazing with Birdie. She was incredibly responsive throughout the stay and easily took care of any difficulties that arose. We could tell that Birdie loved Stephanie by the end of the stay, which made us very happy. She was also very thoughtful and considerate staying in our apartment!”

“Ari did a great job taking care of Shadow while I was away. He provided updates, and pictures and videos daily, and was awesome about following the care instructions I provided. I think Shadow was a little sad to see Ari go, and I would definitely rebook!”

“Nastascia was a great sitter for my Zola! She was attentive and responsive and sent plenty of updates throughout her stay! It put me at ease to know she connected with my dog so well!”

“Always such a great caretaker for our animals. They have provided so much help with last minute assistance with our animals. TreDerica is incredibly communicative and has always shared so many pictures with us while we are away. Will happily book multiple times !”

“Sarah was amazing. She is helpful, kind, and creative. My newly adopted dog is struggling with separation anxiety; knowing I could trust Sarah to keep him engaged and happy while I was out of the house was such a relief.”

“Stella had an extended stay with our pup and she was so wonderful at making sure our baby felt comfortable while we were gone. It was our first time being away so we were understandably anxious about how Philomena would do but Stella sent us loads of updates, photos and videos. Our pup had a wonderful staycation all thanks to her!!!”

Fairhill pet parents share their Rover experiences
Taylor has sat for our pup many times but this was her first overnight stay and it went GREAT. She stayed with Mr. Scruff for four nights and we were so thankful to not have to worry about him at all while we were gone. We got plenty of updates, she followed all of our instructions (especially important with his separation anxiety and reactivity), and was also a great houseguest. Our buddy was belly up, playing, and eating while we were away, which means he felt safe and happy — all we can ask for!

Ava was an amazing house/dog sitter for the weekend! She took amazing care of Archie and Cora and was very communicative throughout the entire process. She checked in every morning and evening and sent pictures, and we felt like the two of them were in great hands! We would definitely book Ava's services again in the future!

It's always nerve-wracking leaving my dog with someone new for the first time, especially when I'm not easily accessible. Good thing I took a chance on Anna - she handled everything perfectly! I really felt like she treated Turtle like her own pet for the week. Her and her partner provided all the care and loving that I'd hoped for. I will definitely use her again!

Ava took care of my two dogs when I was abroad for work. One of my dogs had a nasal tumor and Ava was comfortable handling her daily meds and a nosebleed that happened during the week. She sent me updates and took them for pup cups. She also made sure to leave my place as she found it. She was flexible and helpful. I recommend her.

Mars is a great human! She took excellent care of my babies and provided sweet photos and updates throughout the visit. I felt comfortable leaving my home and pets in her care and would absolutely rebook in the future. I also appreciate my space being left clean the way I left it. Thank you Mars for your care!

Alyssa did her usual great work with our cats, Barney and Ruby. They are always happy to see her and don't seem to miss us much. She is great at updating us with photos. We are totally comfortable with her staying overnight in our apartment and caring for the felines.
Alex is truly the most amazing sitter! Our doggo was a little under the weather when we left and she kept us up to date on how it was going and helped transition her meals - making her feel better! We love our daily pics and updates. AND she left the house in better shape then when we left. She is TRULY A GEM!!
