“Duncan was a professional and responsible caretaker. He went above and beyond our expectations when he took care of our 2 dogs Honey and Pickles for two weeks. Before even starting the job, he met us in a freezing blizzard for a simple meet + greet, which I think immediately showed his dedication to the job. He also cleaned up around our house when the dogs were making a mess, not something that we asked him to do — but rather something that he proactively did. One of our dogs, Honey, has anxiety. Duncan even stood overnight on New Years Eve just to help her stay calm during the fireworks, which I believe is something your average dog caretaker wouldn’t do! He was also very responsive with text and sent us updates every day. I felt much peace of mind because I knew Duncan was taking our two dogs on 2 walks every day, feeding them on time, and spending some time with them too. I would definitely recommend Duncan to a friend and would rebook him myself!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs my entire life and currently care for my own 2-year-old pitbull mix, so I’m very comfortable with energetic dogs, daily walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and reinforcing routines. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to help care for their pets over the years, and I genuinely love spending time with animals. “Briana has been incredible watching our two pups. She has come to dogsit as our one pup, Ozzie, works through his separation anxiety. Ozzie also is very wary of people and takes days to feel comfortable with someone new. Briana excelled at following our rules and respecting Ozzie's boundaries. She was not intimated by his barking and understood he just needed time to warm up. She can take the leadership role with the pups and provide them with structure and confidently give them obedience commands. Ozzie and her are now best friends! This means a lot as he hasn't truly accepted other people into his circle, only tolerating others. Our other pup loves to give her kisses, which she happily accepts. Briana is truly a dog person with a kind heart. Ozzie isn't an easy dog to work with and she won him over. I highly recommend Briana.”

While I have never been a full time sitter, I have grown up with multiple cats my whole life and lived with a roommate for the past 2 years who had a dog who I frequently cared for when she was away!
