Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I’m currently on sabbatical and prioritize daycare and overnight boarding. My days already include multiple outdoor breaks and longer walks, plus plenty of calm downtime at home, so dogs get a consistent rhythm of exercise, enrichment, meals, and rest. I use set drop-off and pick-up windows to keep care structured, safe, and predictable for every dog.

I care for pets in my home only, where I can keep the environment calm, consistent, and closely supervised. I follow your instructions for feeding, routines, and any medications, and I build each day around regular potty breaks, outdoor time, and real walks (not just quick bathroom trips). I have a small yard for easy access—especially helpful for older or mobility-limited dogs—and I also prioritize enrichment and downtime so dogs feel settled. I have crates available for crate-trained dogs, and I’m comfortable caring for dogs who aren’t crate trained as well. I’ll send updates so you always know how your dog is doing.

A typical day
I start the day around 7am which is typically when dogs wake up. Feed them whatever specialized food I’m given for each dog, but i like to also occasionally give them a sweet potato if it’s ok to mix in with the kibble. After breakfast I take the dogs either to a large contained field so they can get stretch their legs or the Wissahickon trails for a long walk. By the time, we get back I’ll let the dogs play a bit more and then it’s midday nap time. When the dogs wake, I take them again to play a bit more and then play with toys for a structured playtime until dinner. Afterwards, it’s time for bed 🙂

Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Regina — a lifelong dog person (and former lawyer/tech executive) who understands what it’s like to travel and need care you can truly trust. I used to worry about whether my dogs were being fed well, getting enough exercise, and feeling safe and loved — so that’s exactly what I prioritize for every dog I board. I’m based in Chestnut Hill with a small, secure yard that’s especially helpful for older or mobility-limited dogs who need easy outdoor access. For active pups, we get outside for real walks and adventure time — I’m a runner and love long walks, so dogs in my care get more than quick potty breaks. I also build in enrichment and calm downtime (yes, I’ll play music for dogs) so they feel settled while you’re away. I’m safety-first, detail-oriented, and communicative, and I’ll send regular updates so you can relax knowing your dog is flourishing. Crate comfort: I have crates available if your dog is crate-trained, and I’m also happy to board dogs who aren’t — I’ll follow your routine and preferences. Optional add-on: Drop-off and pick-up are available for an additional fee.
Reviews

We had such a wonderful experience leaving our dog in Regina's care. From the very beginning, she was incredibly welcoming and made both us and our dog feel completely comfortable. The handoff process was seamless and stress-free, and it was clear right away that our dog settled in nicely with her. Throughout the stay, Regina was kind, thoughtful, and consistently kept us updated on how he was doing. We especially appreciated all the photos and messages she sent — seeing him happily playing, going on hikes in the parks, and enjoying himself gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about his well-being and treated him with so much attention and affection. Leaving your pet with someone else can be difficult, but Regina made us feel completely at ease the entire time. We are truly grateful for the care she provided. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter, and we will definitely be using her again in the future.
Regina was great. She looked after for two days and my pup almost didn't want to come back with me 10/10. She seemed great with all the pups she was caring for
We cant sing enough praise for Regina. Our first dog was nervous and not good with people or other pets. Regina has the calm and confident temperament that Penny needed to feel secure. Our current dog, Javi, is a silly goofy mess and Regina’s approach also makes him thrive. We feel blessed to have her in our lives!
