**About me** We are a laid-back, animal-loving family of three, including an 13yr old daughter! I am generally home throughout the day. All of our friends consider our home to be the Animal House, and keep asking (jokingly) when the miniature horses will be arriving. All of our daughter's friends love to come over to experience and play with all of the animals. Currently, we have: 2 dogs, 3 indoor cats, a few caged friends, a backyard flock of friendly hens, and even a few mini goats. Both of our dogs are docile, affectionate, and welcoming, and there's always room for one more. **About my home/services** We are located in the E Mt Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia, and have a large (.68 acres) fenced yard for our pups to play in. We live in a large, stone house, with plenty of space to play, and lots of outdoor time. Dogs will be well exercised in the yard, snuggled on the sofa, and allowed to sleep in bed if they Choose. We offer over-night care in our home, and accept 1-2 dogs (from the same home) at a time. Please, only friendly dogs with No Aggressive Issues. We take dogs up to 40lbs, but do make exceptions for exceptionally docile, larger dogs like Spinones (Like our Juniper, the gentle giant). We do not currently board Bully breeds or mixes. Also, please be sure that your adult dog is neutered and is ok around cats and kids. **About my neighborhood** We are in East Mount Airy, near Lovett Library and Mt Airy playground/ball park. We have lovely neighbors and it is generally quiet . **What to expect** Cuddles! I will try not to annoy your dog with too much cuddling, but if they are a snuggler, they've found the right house! Again, lots of yard time and ball throwing, plus sofa snuggles, sleeping in bed, playing with the resident pups and cats, and walks if wanted. Our yard is large, and our dogs generally wear themselves out there, quite easily. I am generally at home throughout the day, so your pup will NOT be left for long stretches of the day. **Special rules or requests** Because we do have other pets and a child, we do insist that only friendly dogs that play well with others, board here. We do not currently board any bully breeds/mixes. And again, dogs must be neutered if older than a puppy. Please contact me for a doggy meet and greet! I work part time from home, and am generally here throughout the day. Our dogs are in and out of our yard all day, as needed. We have a fenced yard and are very door and gate conscious. We can crate your pup at night if you prefer, or it may sleep with us.
