“Stormy is amazing! Very attentive and super friendly. We had a call box issue where I was not able to answer. Stormy stayed in the area to make sure my dog got his walk. She is great!!!!!”

“Tim has been fantastic with our pups! He offers a wealth of knowledge and experience from being a longtime dog owner and trainer. He is very energetic, friendly and reliable. We appreciate all the feedback he provides and recommendations for keeping our puppies on target for training. We highly recommend his services!”

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 10! I’ve always had 3-4 pets at a time so I understand the high/low maintenance, the picky eaters, and the ones that need medical assistance. I personally have dogs that have medical issues and have to make sure their needs are met constantly. I’ve worked on a farm so I have great experience with all types of animals. Neighbors and friends rely on me #1 to walk, play, feed, and take care of their pets. I currently work part time. I will have plenty of time during the day to play, feed, walk your pups! I’m an early bird so if you’re looking for someone early in the mornings, I’m your girl! I will follow whatever your protocol is for your pets! I want them to feel as comfortable as possible with me. I look forward to meeting all of your furry friends!
“Ceara was absolutely amazing with Excalibur. Not only was she great with Ex, she’s also such a nice person to interact with...interesting, attentive and fun. I’ll definitely reach out again. She’s a gem! <3”

About: Hi! I’m Regina — a lifelong dog person (and former lawyer/tech executive) who understands what it’s like to travel and need care you can truly trust. I used to worry about whether my dogs were being fed well, getting enough exercise, and feeling safe and loved — so that’s exactly what I prioritize for every dog I board. I’m based in Chestnut Hill with a small, secure yard that’s especially helpful for older or mobility-limited dogs who need easy outdoor access. For active pups, we get outside for real walks and adventure time — I’m a runner and love long walks, so dogs in my care get more than quick potty breaks. I also build in enrichment and calm downtime (yes, I’ll play music for dogs) so they feel settled while you’re away. I’m safety-first, detail-oriented, and communicative, and I’ll send regular updates so you can relax knowing your dog is flourishing. Crate comfort: I have crates available if your dog is crate-trained, and I’m also happy to board dogs who aren’t — I’ll follow your routine and preferences. Optional add-on: Drop-off and pick-up are available for an additional fee. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I’m currently on sabbatical and prioritize daycare and overnight boarding. My days already include multiple outdoor breaks and longer walks, plus plenty of calm downtime at home, so dogs get a consistent rhythm of exercise, enrichment, meals, and rest. I use set drop-off and pick-up windows to keep care structured, safe, and predictable for every dog. I care for pets in my home only, where I can keep the environment calm, consistent, and closely supervised. I follow your instructions for feeding, routines, and any medications, and I build each day around regular potty breaks, outdoor time, and real walks (not just quick bathroom trips). I have a small yard for easy access—especially helpful for older or mobility-limited dogs—and I also prioritize enrichment and downtime so dogs feel settled. I have crates available for crate-trained dogs, and I’m comfortable caring for dogs who aren’t crate trained as well. I’ll send updates so you always know how your dog is doing.
“Nice visit today with my timid dog, who’s just beginning to know Nija! Today Nija patiently walked her up and down the sidewalk and hung out on the front steps, all while interacting with her in such a friendly and patient way that by the end my pup had chilled out and seemed truly sorry to see her leave! Later we had a very calm evening walk with almost no pulling, and then she conked out for the night!”
“Christina did great with our anxious pup! Very responsive and sends great updates / photos. She helped put our rescue dog at ease. Will be booking again in the future”

About: Hello! My name is Ryan and I grew up on a farm training therapy dogs. I'm comfortable and flexible with dog walking and over night visits. I'm available early mornings before I make the coffee at Wawa and all afternoons and evenings. Sundays are typically my day off, but I can be flexible. I have a one bedroom with my partner in Germantown which isn't far from from my favorite hiking spots. I prefer to bathe dogs when they arrive for a stay.
About: As a devoted cat mom of two, I have a lifelong passion for animal care. I regularly pet-sit for friends, providing reliable house sitting, daily walks, and enrichment activities to keep their pups engaged. Having grown up in a multi-pet household, ranging from a high-energy dog to a clever cat and a parrot, I am comfortable with a wide variety of personalities and needs. I’m looking forward to expanding my services and treating your pets like family. I work at a school in Northwest Philly from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, so I'm available on weekday nights and all day on the weekends. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my goal is to provide a seamless transition so the animals feel secure and the home remains in excellent condition. I strictly follow established feeding schedules and ensure fresh water is always available. I am diligent about following any specific dietary instructions or medication needs.I provide structured walks and active play sessions. Whether it’s playing fetch or using interactive toys, I make sure the pets get the physical and mental stimulation they need to stay happy while their owners are away.Beyond pet care, I am happy to help with light household tasks such as watering plants, bringing in mail, and ensuring all pet areas are kept clean and tidy.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the genuine care and attention I bring to every pet I look after. I don’t just “watch” pets. I make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while their people are away. I’m patient, dependable, and comfortable with all ages, from energetic puppies who need structure and playtime to senior pets who require gentler care and a watchful eye. I pride myself on noticing the little things such as changes in behavior, eating habits, or comfort so you can trust that your pet’s well-being is always my top priority. I’m currently working remotely so I have plenty of time to help you out! Just let me know when assistance is needed and I can more than likely be there. I have a small fenced in yard, and I live in a house with my brother, who also loves dogs. In my home, I make sure pets have a comfortable and safe space to relax, with plenty of attention and outdoor breaks (for dogs). I keep routines consistent with what they’re used to so they feel at ease and cared for.
About: I have cared for, fostered and rehomed many furry friends over the past 9 years. I have experience with kittens, puppies as well as adult dogs and cats. I give lots of pats, scratches and cuddles (if they are so inclined). I enjoy fetch, Lazer tag and long walks just as much as your fur baby does. I currently work part time and I create my own schedule. When I'm taking care of your family member they'll have my full undevided attention. I'm not currently available on the weekends. I respect your space. When i am visiting your home, you can relax knowing I'm going to provide the best care for your darling baby.
About: Hi! I’m Fiona, a fun-loving lady who would be thrilled to welcome your pup into my home. While I don’t currently have pets of my own, I enjoy being around them and want to share my love for furry friends through Rover. I grew up with cats, and now I’m excited to make happy memories with pups too! I currently have a flexible schedule Fridays through Sundays, which allows me to give your pup plenty of time, attention, and care. I’d love to be your dog’s second family and give them a safe, fun, and loving place to stay! I have a small, fenced backyard and porch, plus two parks/playgrounds within walking distance, perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air. My spacious home gives plenty of room for indoor play and snuggles, so your pup will always feel included and entertained. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’m happy to send daily photo updates so you can relax knowing your pup is in good hands. I also offer a Meet & Greet so we can get to know each other, go over your dog’s routine, and make sure everyone feels confident before a stay. I prefer dogs who are crate-trained and can sleep in their crate overnight, as it helps keep them safe and comfortable. Of course, we’ll talk about your dog’s usual sleeping habits to ensure they feel right at home. If your pup isn’t crate-trained, I’m happy to discuss options for a safe and cozy setup.
About: **note: I am unable to stay overnight at your residence. Hello!!! My name is Maria and I love caring for pets in and around my community in Philadelphia. I attached photos of reviews from my Wag profile. When I lived in Boston I was a trusted dog walker via wag where I did recurring walks and gained my own clients from 2019-2021. I did pet sitting, overnight care, and dog walking, and I miss my recurring pups so much! I am so excited to get back into taking care of animals here in the Philly area! My cats are equivalent to human children to me, so I will treat your pets the same! My daughter Cherry (feline daughter) is very shy so I am familiar with caring for animals who may be testy or nervous. I currently work obscure hours which means I’m always available during normal human hours! My day job is from 1:30pm-midnight, 4 days a week. I work in television, it’s awesome, so I’m available early-ish during the day! I have a car so I can get around to your babies efficiently and I don’t mind animals in my car in case of emergency. However an owner wants me to care for their pet, I do it. I closely follow rules, respect boundaries, and take criticism. I am so open and I love to be accountable so that you’ll trust me with your pet. I am so protective of my cats and will treat your pets the same. Pets are our lifeline and will be treated as such!
Germantown dog parents share their Rover experiences
Harold has been great very responsible and trustworthy. A nice person who treats our dogs Zippy like he’s his own really appreciated his care. they also do dog sitting and boarding and we’ve taken advantage of all the above and have found all of their services to be consistently quality highly recommend.

Haeley was great. This was my first time using Rover. I wasn't even home when Haley arrived to walk my 5 month old, 48 pound puppy - my mother met Haeley at our house. She said Haeley was friendly and when meeting our pup for the first time she was great at helping her feel safe and happy to walk with her. She was sensitive to our dog's pace and needs at the end of a long day and included lovely photos and report.

I couldn't be happier with the care Andres provided for our dog, Milo, while we were away. Andres was punctual, followed all of our care instructions to the letter, and truly went above and beyond. Milo seemed so comfortable and well cared for in his hands. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate dog walker!

Wei and Aaron are amazing! They are always on time, very reliable, and consistently send updates with feedback and photos, which I really appreciate. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my pet is in such good hands. I truly trust them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring and responsible walkers!

Juanita arrived to my apartment to a sick puppy and took great care to clean up my puppy’s play pen and update me with her status. I am so appreciative of Juanita stepping in and going above and beyond. (Max I can tip is the cost of the walk so I will have cash for you)
