My cats loved her, and that is a rarity with strangers! She was reliable, quick to respond to messages, and provided several photos with each visit, showing her attention and their fondness! She also cared for my aquatic turtle which I really appreciated. Thank you so much

We appreciated Yu-Wei was able to take Marcelo out last minute. There were a couple hiccups on getting into the house but she fortunately waited and was able to get in and take him out so he could do all his duties.
Very reliable and I appreciate them taking good care of Oswald while I was away.
