About: I’m a dog mom of two - that don’t like other dogs/kids, so I have experience with challenging walks. They live with their grandparents for now, so I have a lots of love, and care to give :) I work pm (3-11:30pm) shifts in center city with random days off, so I’m mostly available in mornings/overnights or certain full days when I have off. My apartment complex has a great green area around the building where I can walk my babies when they visit me. They are allowed on the bed/couch, but they like to sunbath on the fluffy carpet as well. They have a separate area in the dining room so they have space to eat peacefully. My little one also likes to hide with his treats, especially under the bed or table:) I make sure they get enough walks, even when their stomach is bad in the middle of the night. I also like to take them to the Wissahickon park, they love car rides. I would make sure other babies feel comfortable just like mines / or to create a safe and comfortable environment with lots of attention.
“This is my first time using a dog-walking service. I was extremely nervous. However, Areana ensured that I would be comfortable. Ms.Areana remained in constant communication, very professional, and seemed extremely nice. She completed all of my requests with no hesitation nor issues. Even after just one experience I would recommend her services. Looking forward to using her again in the near future. Note: I love how Areana sends photographs of the experience as well as a documentation of what occurred on the walk.”

About: I’ve been on Rover for the past 6 years and I have also had personal experience with taking care of dogs for about ten years. I have made house visits to my neighbors to care for their dogs while they were away and my family also has a dog of that I have taken care of for the past 12 years. I have always been an animal lover and I love to help in whatever ways that I can. Being able to combine my love for animals with my love for helping people by caring for their pets seems like the perfect part-time job to me. I’ve lived in Oak Park for a few years now so I’ve gotten to know the area well and I love getting to meet all the different animals around! (P.S. I’ll also take great pictures of your pets to send while you’re away) I am available full-time during the week and weekends and I have a pup of my own who would love to make some new friends in the area! I live in an apartment with a lot of parks nearby that I would plan on taking your pet. I have a very friendly pup of my own that loves to play as well.
About: I grew up with multiple dogs and so have had experience since youth walking, feeding, and caring for them. In my adult life I have co-owned one dog for around 6 years and worked to house-train him and correct some behavior issues via positive reinforcement. I have also owned multiple cats over the past 16 years including raising one from kittenhood to adulthood. For the past 2.5 years I have been volunteering regularly with the in-house dogs at the PAWS (Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society) Gray's Ferry clinic. My responsibilities include giving the dogs ample enrichment time outside by playing with them and positively reinforcing good behaviors, as well as feeding and cleaning up after them. I have worked there with all different dog sizes and age ranges, including puppies and seniors. I am available for check-ins mornings, mid afternoon, and evenings as well as overnight care as needed. I am not currently available for boarding dogs at my home. I do not accept sitting requests for unspayed/unneutered dogs. I currently do not own any dogs but I do own one high-anxiety cat whose behavior is being managed well with daily medications mixed in with his food. I'm very patient with both cats and dogs and am always ready to give them plenty of space to approach me and begin to feel comfortable with me in their own time. I am comfortable caring for dogs via feeding, walks, playtime, and medicating as needed. For cats I can provide feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime or just hanging out, and medicating as necessary. I have experience pilling cats if the cat's personality allows for this.

“Justin was wonderful! He was very patient and sweet with our little doggie, Gobi, and he asked great questions before their walk to make sure he took the best care of her. Gobi approved too! She was comfortable with him right off the bat. He also sent a thorough report after the walk. I definitely recommend him.”

“Jordan has been wonderful to work with! I feel so comfortable leaving Finn with her, and he seems to welcome her company. She’s also very responsive and gives detailed summaries. I definitely recommend her!!”

“Jordan was great with Penelope. She’s a big girl with a lot of personality and he took her on a great walk. He was communicative the whole time and sent very cute pictures.”

About: 📍Philadelphia + surrounding areas. I’m not your average sitter—I go the extra paw! I’ll treat every pet like my own furry family. 🐶 Whether your pup needs a brisk walk or a belly rub break, I tailor each visit to their paw-sonality. 🐱 I’m the purr-fect match for cats too—playful, patient, and totally tuned into their moods. 🏠 I’m a clean, respectful house guest who keeps things tidy and tails wagging. 💊 Got a senior pet or one with meds? No prob-llama! I’m experienced and calm under pressure. 📸 And yes, you’ll get plenty of photo pupdates and meow-ments while you’re away! I work in hospitality and am busy in the office but happy to stop by before and/or after work + the weekends. Before work would be 6am-8am and evenings would be 6pm-8pm. I won't be able to bring pets into my home because of my dog. However, in another person's home I'll be sure to listen to their instruction and try to best meet the needs of their pet.

About: Hi, I’m Jocelyn! I grew up with a Jack Russell/terrier mix who has been part of our family for 12 years, so dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was a teenager. I’m also a proud cat mom of two, and between my sisters’ cats (an orange tabby duo!) and my own, I’m very comfortable with feline personalities too. My pet care experience includes caring for my husband’s senior, blind family dog — so I’m confident with pets who need a little extra patience and gentle handling — as well as care for different breeds of dogs and cats from friends to coworkers! I bring the same reliability from my years in customer service and hospitality: I show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat every fur baby like they’re my own. What sets me apart: I love photography and videography, so every walk or visit comes with photo and video updates of your fur babies having a great time — not just a quick “all good!” text. You’ll actually get to see the tail wags. I’m also an active person myself — I run, hike, and play tennis — I’m happy to give high-energy dogs the exercise they need! Currently booking flexible daytime and weekend visits. Looking forward to meeting you & yours! :) Pet care fits naturally into my routine right now since I have a flexible schedule with plenty of daytime availability. I’m an active person — I work out, walk, and spend time outdoors regularly — so incorporating walks or visits into my day feels like a natural extension of how I already live, not an extra chore. I also have two cats of my own, so daily feeding, litter care, and playtime are already part of my everyday rhythm! In my own home, my boys have consistent routines — regular feeding times, fresh filtered water, clean litter areas, and daily play and enrichment. I keep a calm, safe environment and give plenty of one-on-one attention throughout the day, not just at scheduled check-ins. In a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their pet’s existing routine exactly as-is — same feeding schedule, same food, same walk times — since consistency matters most for pets in an unfamiliar situation (or even a familiar one with their person away). I treat the home with the same care and respect I’d want for my own space: doors/gates secured, messes cleaned up, and everything left exactly as I found it. And of course, you’ll get photo/video updates throughout so you can see your pet is happy and comfortable the whole time! (:
“Rachel was terrific to work with. From the initial meet and greet with our dog Leo through her scheduled dog walk. On time, communicated every step of the way with updates and pictures. Would highly recommend.”

About: Being the oldest, my siblings and pets were always my responsibility. Now that I’m grown I don’t have any kids however I have 5 dogs. I love the fur babies. People think I’m crazy for loving dogs so much. I think they’re crazy for not understanding. I do media coverage for events so my schedule is super flexible as the events aren’t every day. I shoot for a few hours then I have the rest of the day free. I treat pets and property with utmost respect and care. I don’t just do what I’m being paid to do. If something needs to be done I’ll do it as long as it’s approved. If your dog went to the bathroom, I’ll clean it up. Things like that.
About: As a devoted cat mom of two, I have a lifelong passion for animal care. I regularly pet-sit for friends, providing reliable house sitting, daily walks, and enrichment activities to keep their pups engaged. Having grown up in a multi-pet household, ranging from a high-energy dog to a cat and a parrot, I am comfortable with a wide variety of personalities and needs. I’m looking forward to expanding my services and treating your pets like family. I work at a school in Northwest Philly from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, so I'm available on weekday nights and all day on the weekends. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my goal is to provide a seamless transition so the animals feel secure and the home remains in excellent condition. I strictly follow established feeding schedules and ensure fresh water is always available. I am diligent about following any specific dietary instructions or medication needs.I provide structured walks and active play sessions. Whether it’s playing fetch or using interactive toys, I make sure the pets get the physical and mental stimulation they need to stay happy while their owners are away.Beyond pet care, I am happy to help with light household tasks such as watering plants, bringing in mail, and ensuring all pet areas are kept clean and tidy.
“Paulina is amazing. Very available, reliable, and good communication. Our pups look forward to their walks around the neighborhood with her. Thanks!!!!”

About: Hello! I have worked with animals all my life and realized how much of a passion I have for them! I have worked at an animal rescue, dog shelter, and have become a foster for over 200+ dogs and puppies. Currently work from home full time and care for my dogs and puppies. My day typically starts around 6:45am/7:45(at the latest) I am able to walk them, take them to my neighborhood dog park, do training, socializing and of course play/loving time. Since i am home all day i do offer to take non-potty trained dogs i will just need a heads up that they are not potty trained yet. I have had alot of experience with different temperaments, health conditions, behavioral issues, and breeds please give me notice ahead of time and I will accommodate for what will be best for you fur baby. I do have 2 dogs of my own which are very dog friendly of all sizes and ages. If you are not comfortable with your baby cross interacting NO PROBLEM! They will be in a complete different room and will get plenty of water, walks, potty breaks, and play time! I currently work from home so I am home all day to care for any and all fur babies. I currently run off of a tight schedule starting between 6:45-7:30am going up until around 11pm typically. I make sure each dog is introduced properly. Everyone must be walked on a leash and collar and/or harness at all times outside of my home. Everyone is fed in a crate or separate room unless litter mates.
“I ended up booking this the wrong way and I booked it as a walking so it cost me way more but it was worth it knowing that my baby was in good hands while I watched a concert. My walker was patient kind and did everything I asked and my dog came back happy happy happy. What more can a puppy parent want? She was fabulous. BOOK THIS YOUNG LADY!!!!”

About: Hi! My name’s Eliza. I’ve been dog/cat sitting and walking for many years, but I’ve been an enthusiastic animal lover for my entire life. Growing up, we always had at least two dogs in the family and many cats. I love being around animals, going for walks and making some extra cash! My experience ranges from walking and sitting small dogs (toy poodles) to large ones (pit bulls and bloodhounds). I also have experience in caring for older animals and animals with health problems and medications. I am very comfortable and confident around all dogs. My biggest goal is making sure your pets are cared for and happy. I generally work in the evenings so I am free during the day to give your dog a bathroom break, a nice walk, dedicated play time or whatever you’re looking for! I am unable to house pets in my apartment, but will treat your home with the utmost respect. I will always clean up after your pet and make sure everything is safe and sound when I leave.
“Sueann has been walking my chihuahua Roscoe regularly for a few weeks now. She is truly wonderful. Roscoe means the world to me and I am such an anxious dog mom, but I truly feel like he is in good hands with Sueann. Her communication is excellent and she sends me pictures during and after the walk. She is always on time for the walks as well. Highly recommend.”

We’ve been using Mya’s services for about two weeks now, and we’ve had such a great experience! She is incredibly sweet, flexible, and reliable. She’s been wonderful about communicating with us and taking great care of our two dogs. Most importantly, our doggies absolutely love her! We’re so happy we found her and look forward to continuing to have her help with them. 🐾❤️

Amanda was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. My pup who can be skittish at times with new people instantly took to her. It was my pup’s birthday and his first walk without me. Amanda did a great job. I cannot thank her enough for caring for my little guy, and keeping him safe. I will absolutely be scheduling more walks with her soon.

Amy is the best! It is so evident how much she loves and cares for other people’s pets and our dogs adore her. She is very communicative and accommodating and does her job exceptionally well. We are very lucky to have someone like her watch our dogs when we’re away!

Paulina has been so incredible helping us with Hank while we were away! She has been so responsive and sends us lots of updates and photos which we appreciate so much! It gives us such good peace of mind to know he is will taken care of. We highly recommend Paulina to anyone who needs assistance with their dogs/ animals!!

Elizabeth is incredible! We were away, and the family member who was watching our dog needed some extra help. Elizabeth was so flexible and understanding of the situation and was able to help us out with walking our dog. We really appreciated how accommodating she was! We won’t hesitate to reach out to her the next time we need someone to take great care of our dog!
