Whether your pup needs a fun walk, some playtime, or your cat just wants some extra cuddles, I’m happy to give them the care and attention they deserve. 🐾 Since I work from home, my routine is naturally flexible and pet-friendly! I’m home for most of the day, which means your pet gets plenty of companionship, attention, and care rather than being left alone for long periods of time. I like to start my day with some fresh air and a walk, and I’m happy to build in additional walks, playtime, potty breaks, or cuddle time throughout the day depending on your pet’s needs. I also enjoy keeping a calm, comfortable environment where pets can relax and feel at home. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including their feeding schedule, walks, medications, and any special instructions. My goal is for your pet to feel happy, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away! 🐾 I provide a clean, calm, and pet-friendly environment where your pet can feel right at home. Since I work from home, I’m able to offer plenty of supervision, attention, walks, and companionship throughout the day. About: I’ve been friends with animals before I could walk! I grew up in rural Ohio with TONS of pet and animals of all sizes which I’ve always made a mission to befriend them all. We’ve always had big and small dogs growing up and even now. I have a German shepherd named Mable and a Yorkie named Honey. I’ve been the caregiver for countless stray cats in my neighborhood, they always seem to find me. I’ve taught and house trained many of my family’s pets, as the family pet caregiver. I’ve worked with my grandparents older dog in their end of life, so I know what it takes to make any dog feel comfortable and safe. I can’t wait to meet your little sunshine 😊 I am not currently working so I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pet! I spend most of my days going for runs or walks in the park so it would be even better to spend it with your fur babies! I live in a one bedroom apartment so they would have plenty of room to roam. I live close to several parks where they can stretch their legs and blow off some energy.

About: I grew up with multiple dogs and so have had experience since youth walking, feeding, and caring for them. In my adult life I have co-owned one dog for around 6 years and worked to house-train him and correct some behavior issues via positive reinforcement. I have also owned multiple cats over the past 16 years including raising one from kittenhood to adulthood. For the past 2.5 years I have been volunteering regularly with the in-house dogs at the PAWS (Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society) Gray's Ferry clinic. My responsibilities include giving the dogs ample enrichment time outside by playing with them and positively reinforcing good behaviors, as well as feeding and cleaning up after them. I have worked there with all different dog sizes and age ranges, including puppies and seniors. I am available for check-ins mornings, mid afternoon, and evenings as well as overnight care as needed. I am not currently available for boarding dogs at my home. I do not accept sitting requests for unspayed/unneutered dogs. I currently do not own any dogs but I do own one high-anxiety cat whose behavior is being managed well with daily medications mixed in with his food. I'm very patient with both cats and dogs and am always ready to give them plenty of space to approach me and begin to feel comfortable with me in their own time. I am comfortable caring for dogs via feeding, walks, playtime, and medicating as needed. For cats I can provide feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime or just hanging out, and medicating as necessary. I have experience pilling cats if the cat's personality allows for this.

About: I have worked with all kinds of animals throughout my life, learning to train cats and dogs on my own. I’m also familiar with exotic pets such as pythons and bearded dragons. I can comfortably administer different kinds of medications to most animals, including oral liquids and pills, sub-Q and IM injections, and topicals. Currently I am available as a full-time pet sitter for house-stays and drop-ins. I often sit for multiple houses at once, doing house-stays for one client and drop-ins for 1-3 others depending on the services and times needed per client. When I meet an animal for the first time, my priority is gaining their trust. I spend time casually observing so I can take note of their personality and physical forms of communication, but I don’t get too close or move too quickly until I’ve given the animal a chance to take me in as well. Once trust is established, we can move on to wearing leashes and harness, medication routines, playing, etc.

About: Hi! My name’s Eliza. I’ve been dog/cat sitting and walking for many years, but I’ve been an enthusiastic animal lover for my entire life. Growing up, we always had at least two dogs in the family and many cats. I love being around animals, going for walks and making some extra cash! My experience ranges from walking and sitting small dogs (toy poodles) to large ones (pit bulls and bloodhounds). I also have experience in caring for older animals and animals with health problems and medications. I am very comfortable and confident around all dogs. My biggest goal is making sure your pets are cared for and happy. I generally work in the evenings so I am free during the day to give your dog a bathroom break, a nice walk, dedicated play time or whatever you’re looking for! I am unable to house pets in my apartment, but will treat your home with the utmost respect. I will always clean up after your pet and make sure everything is safe and sound when I leave.
