About: Having grown up with a dog in the home, I love the little moments of joy with our canine friends but also understand the attention and care each dog needs. Whether your pet is rambunctious and playful or needs more gentle care, let me know how I can best make them comfortable and happy. My availability varies seasonally; I'm an educator, so normally my weekday availability is limited to late afternoons and evenings. Weekends are very clear and flexible for me. In the summer, my schedule is wide open, so feel free to book me for those much-needed summer vacations! When I am dropping in to your place or staying to house sit, I approach your pet -- especially one who's new to me -- with care and gentleness. I double-check instructions each day to make sure I provide top-quality care.

In My Home When a dog stays with me, I focus on creating a seamless transition from their usual routine. Since I work from home, I am able to provide constant supervision and companionship. Your dog will have the freedom to lounge comfortably while I work, with plenty of breaks for play and cuddles. Being located right near a park means we can head out for fresh air and exercise whenever they need a boost of energy. In Your Home For drop-in visits or house sitting, my priority is maintaining the environment where your pet feels most secure. I stick closely to the schedule you’ve built, ensuring feedings, walks, and medications happen exactly on time. I use my work-from-home flexibility to spend quality time in your space, providing not just the essentials, but also the mental stimulation and physical activity—like runs or long walks—that keeps dogs happy while their owners are away. About: I’ve always loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with 5 cats and 1 dog! I have 2 cats and 1 dog of my own as of now! I was able to fully train ( tricks and potty) my dog before he reached 4 months. I’ve rescued a few dogs and cats before and am always feeding stray cats in the neighborhood My schedule is pretty open as of right now! I can pretty much do whatever works best for you and your pets! I love taking care of animals I currently reside in a two story apartment with plenty of room. I live right across from a big field where I like to take my own dog at least once a day to run and exercise.

About: I grew up with multiple dogs and so have had experience since youth walking, feeding, and caring for them. In my adult life I have co-owned one dog for around 6 years and worked to house-train him and correct some behavior issues via positive reinforcement. I have also owned multiple cats over the past 16 years including raising one from kittenhood to adulthood. For the past 2.5 years I have been volunteering regularly with the in-house dogs at the PAWS (Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society) Gray's Ferry clinic. My responsibilities include giving the dogs ample enrichment time outside by playing with them and positively reinforcing good behaviors, as well as feeding and cleaning up after them. I have worked there with all different dog sizes and age ranges, including puppies and seniors. I am available for check-ins mornings, mid afternoon, and evenings as well as overnight care as needed. I am not currently available for boarding dogs at my home. I do not accept sitting requests for unspayed/unneutered dogs. I currently do not own any dogs but I do own one high-anxiety cat whose behavior is being managed well with daily medications mixed in with his food. I'm very patient with both cats and dogs and am always ready to give them plenty of space to approach me and begin to feel comfortable with me in their own time. I am comfortable caring for dogs via feeding, walks, playtime, and medicating as needed. For cats I can provide feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime or just hanging out, and medicating as necessary. I have experience pilling cats if the cat's personality allows for this.

About: I have been surrounded by dogs ever since I was born! I have had family dogs growing up, and have always loved researching different breeds, and teaching my own new tricks. I love dogs! I am currently balancing a few small jobs and being a part time student. Working for rover allows me to maintain a flexible work-school level. I have a dog named Remi. I love him dearly. Remi is my emotional support dog and he helps me every day just by being around me, so I make sure to spoil my boy any chance I get. I love taking him to the dog park, playing with him with new toys, and making sure he's getting the best food that is tailored for him.
