About: Having grown up with a dog in the home, I love the little moments of joy with our canine friends but also understand the attention and care each dog needs. Whether your pet is rambunctious and playful or needs more gentle care, let me know how I can best make them comfortable and happy. My availability varies seasonally; I'm an educator, so normally my weekday availability is limited to late afternoons and evenings. Weekends are very clear and flexible for me. In the summer, my schedule is wide open, so feel free to book me for those much-needed summer vacations! When I am dropping in to your place or staying to house sit, I approach your pet -- especially one who's new to me -- with care and gentleness. I double-check instructions each day to make sure I provide top-quality care.

About: I grew up with multiple dogs and so have had experience since youth walking, feeding, and caring for them. In my adult life I have co-owned one dog for around 6 years and worked to house-train him and correct some behavior issues via positive reinforcement. I have also owned multiple cats over the past 16 years including raising one from kittenhood to adulthood. For the past 2.5 years I have been volunteering regularly with the in-house dogs at the PAWS (Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society) Gray's Ferry clinic. My responsibilities include giving the dogs ample enrichment time outside by playing with them and positively reinforcing good behaviors, as well as feeding and cleaning up after them. I have worked there with all different dog sizes and age ranges, including puppies and seniors. I am available for check-ins mornings, mid afternoon, and evenings as well as overnight care as needed. I am not currently available for boarding dogs at my home. I do not accept sitting requests for unspayed/unneutered dogs. I currently do not own any dogs but I do own one high-anxiety cat whose behavior is being managed well with daily medications mixed in with his food. I'm very patient with both cats and dogs and am always ready to give them plenty of space to approach me and begin to feel comfortable with me in their own time. I am comfortable caring for dogs via feeding, walks, playtime, and medicating as needed. For cats I can provide feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime or just hanging out, and medicating as necessary. I have experience pilling cats if the cat's personality allows for this.

She has also been respectful of my home the times that she has stayed over to care for my pup and kitties. About: I’ve been caring for pets since 2017. Working closely with a family that had 2 dogs I’ve provided walks, grooming service, behavioral trainings and dog sitting. Recently getting into Rover to do some of those same things, I’d like to take it a step further and care for more pets I’m currently trying to make pet care my full time job, with that being said I’m currently available 7 days a week including some holidays. Step one is always to build trust- sit at their level offer to be sniffed and offer physical effection. I try to be very careful about their reactions to my behavior as to not upset them or make them anxious. I try to encourage them using treats as much as possible, and I find physical encouragement to be just as effective.

About: I have had three dogs throughout my life with my family. In January 2025 I got my own dog, a mini dachshund. She is my baby!! I have always loved being around dogs and taking care of them. I am a student part-time, which allows me lots of time to dog/cat sit! I am available most hours of the day, and am flexible with coming over mornings/nights. About: I have never been on a professional dog app, I’ve always just watched my friends/family dogs if they are out of town. I love dogs and I love being able to spend time with them since I don’t have one for myself. I am a flight attendant so I have a very flexible schedule. I have days off during the week when people are working so I can attend to animals during other peoples work week. However the owner prefers for them to be cared for. I respect what the owners want/need for their fur babies. I currently have a cat that gets all the love and treats.
