About: I’ve taken care of lots of different kinds of animals since I was a teenager. I worked at a zoo in England for a summer when I was a bit younger and from then, I grew a genuine passion for animals. I am currently working from home, so I will be able to provide lots of attention to your dog. I also walk routinely in the morning, evening, and anytime in between. I do not have any pets that live with me so it will just be myself and your dog. I will usually only have 1 dog at a time unless the dogs already know each other or live together.

About: My daughter would love to walk, or dogsit. She loves the animal shelter. We just can’t have a dog full time anymore. We can offer overnights, or drop in and walks would be great! We had a Maltese mixed with Cocker Spaniel for 2 years. I would be the primary sitter but this is mainly for my daughter. The love she has for dogs is incredible. She will love and treat your dog like it is her own. Doing this job will allow me to fill the void for my daughter since we can’t have a dog full time right now. About: I grew up with multiple dogs and so have had experience since youth walking, feeding, and caring for them. In my adult life I have co-owned one dog for around 6 years and worked to house-train him and correct some behavior issues via positive reinforcement. I have also owned multiple cats over the past 16 years including raising one from kittenhood to adulthood. For the past 2.5 years I have been volunteering regularly with the in-house dogs at the PAWS (Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society) Gray's Ferry clinic. I have worked there with all different dog sizes and age ranges, including puppies and seniors. I am available for check-ins mornings, mid afternoon, and evenings as well as overnight care as needed. I am not currently available for boarding dogs at my home. I currently do not own any dogs but I do own one high-anxiety cat whose behavior is being managed well with daily medications mixed in with his food. I'm very patient with both cats and dogs and am always ready to give them plenty of space to approach me and begin to feel comfortable with me in their own time. I am comfortable caring for dogs via feeding, walks, playtime, and medicating as needed. For cats I can provide feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime or just hanging out, and medicating as necessary. I have experience pilling cats if the cat's personality allows for this.

“Nick was excellent and I recommend him. Very caring, prompt communicator and made time for walking/playing with my dog (and best friend). Nick kept him safe (which is always my top priority), he was well fed and sent at least 2 updates with photos on the walk everyday. There was another dog present in the house (at least part of the time) but there was not supposed to be other dogs present; Nick explained the situation and I did not have concerns with the other dog (a smaller-size puppy) and they got along very well. I will definitely ask Nick to care for Cuper again.”
