“Liz was great! She’s was easy to communicate with and did a wonderful job walking my dog while I was at work! He loved her! I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again and would recommend her to anyone!”

“I’m glad that I found Sabin! Rocco is high energy dog and requires lot of exercise. Sabin is just perfect for Rocco, he knows how to handle Rocco and takes him for long walks. At end of the day all I know my fur-baby is happy being around Sabin and he gets to funtime🐶 If you have large breed and bully dog, just call Sabin!”

About: I grew up with multiple dogs and so have had experience since youth walking, feeding, and caring for them. In my adult life I have co-owned one dog for around 6 years and worked to house-train him and correct some behavior issues via positive reinforcement. I have also owned multiple cats over the past 16 years including raising one from kittenhood to adulthood. For the past 2.5 years I have been volunteering regularly with the in-house dogs at the PAWS (Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society) Gray's Ferry clinic. My responsibilities include giving the dogs ample enrichment time outside by playing with them and positively reinforcing good behaviors, as well as feeding and cleaning up after them. I have worked there with all different dog sizes and age ranges, including puppies and seniors. I am available for check-ins mornings, mid afternoon, and evenings as well as overnight care as needed. I am not currently available for boarding dogs at my home. I do not accept sitting requests for unspayed/unneutered dogs. I currently do not own any dogs but I do own one high-anxiety cat whose behavior is being managed well with daily medications mixed in with his food. I'm very patient with both cats and dogs and am always ready to give them plenty of space to approach me and begin to feel comfortable with me in their own time. I am comfortable caring for dogs via feeding, walks, playtime, and medicating as needed. For cats I can provide feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime or just hanging out, and medicating as necessary. I have experience pilling cats if the cat's personality allows for this.
“Thank you, Brittany. We are so grateful to you for taking care of Daphne - and we loved the pic and updates. It was a relief knowing she was i. Your hands!! Many thanks!”

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats for 6 years now, most of which have been around 10 years old or older all loved with extreme care. I am currently on summer break from college and am able to care for pets on most weekdays and some weekends depending on my availability. I have my own dog in the city and am very comfortable walking and taking care of her. I would care for your dog the same way you would both in and out of the home.

About: I’ve spent years caring for dogs of all sizes for friends and neighbors, but I also have volunteer as a Day Adventurer at ACCT. This has given me invaluable experience with diverse temperaments and leash-handling for dogs of all sizes. I grew up with dogs, but don’t currently have one of my own. Whether your dog requires a strict crate schedule, specific walk times, or high-energy exercise, I am happy to do whatever they need to feel safe and enjoy their time while your away. Availability: I work a standard weekday schedule at Penn (with occasional WFH days), so I am ideally suited for dogs who enjoy a morning and evening "adventure" with a calm midday nap! On weekends I am free! My apartment is adjacent to park and SRT I currently work full time as a research project manager at Penn M-F 9-5 with occasional WFH. I am free weekends for adventures with your pup. My apartment is neat and your dog can be free to roam or if has a certain crate schedule happy to follow. Right outside my apartment is a park with lots of green space and close to schuylkill river trail.

“Ben was a great pick to take care of my pups. He was very responsive and enthusiastic . I unfortunately did not have enough food at the house and Ben offered to go out of his way and pick up some dog food. He went above and beyond ! Would highly recommend .”

About: I’ve been caring for cats and dogs for as long as I can remember—starting from age six, I grew up surrounded by pets and can’t imagine life without them. I currently have three cats and one dog of my own, so daily pet care is already a natural part of my routine. Over the years, I’ve learned to understand animals’ different personalities, needs, and signals. I’m patient, loving, and attentive, and I treat every pet like family. I’m also comfortable with bathing and grooming, including giving basic haircuts for dogs. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a shy senior, or a curious kitty, I always adapt my care to make each pet feel safe, happy, and loved. With my flexible work schedule and my husband working from home full-time, your pet will never feel alone. One of us is always around to provide consistent care, attention, and supervision throughout the day. Whether it’s feeding, potty breaks, playtime, or just quiet companionship, we’re here to make your pet feel safe, loved, and part of the family—even on weekends. This constant presence allows us to closely follow their routines and quickly respond to any needs that come up. In my pet-friendly home, safety and comfort come first. I provide a calm, clean space with plenty of playtime and supervision. My own dog is friendly and well-socialized, happy to keep your pup company. I’m located near beautiful state parks and reservoirs—perfect for peaceful, enriching walks in nature. Whether in my home or yours, I follow your pet’s routine closely and offer lots of love, attention, and care as if they were my own.
