Tina pays very close attention to an individual pet’s needs and our old special needs kitty is totally in love with her. 4. Pictures! Updates! 🎉 We had a consistent and lovely view of happy pets. 5. We are now calling her the immaculate house guest. Everything, and I mean everything, was pristine when we returned. It looked like a huge team of cleaners had been through the house. What an especially wonderful way to come home. All of that said, do not book Tina! We want her all to ourselves. 😉♥️”

About: I've been a dog mom for over 13 years! My girl came home with me at just 4 months old, and she's still my whole heart today at 13. She's also taught me more about attentive, compassionate pet care than I ever expected. She's always been reactive, which means I've spent years learning how to read dog behavior, manage stress responses, and create a calm, secure environment. And as she's gotten older, she's developed a number of health issues that have made me comfortable with medications, vet routines, and the kind of patient, watchful care that older or special-needs dogs require. I know from experience how hard it is to leave your dog with someone. The anxiety is real! That's exactly why I take every booking personally. Updates, photos, check-ins, whatever helps you feel at ease, I'm happy to do. I’m available full-time, which means I’m not offering a bare-minimum "place for your dog to sleep." I’m providing in-home, attentive care: - this is my primary job so the dog isn't left alone for 8–10 hours - About 4 potty breaks per day - Feeding your pet meals on their schedule - Playtime - Cuddles and companionship - Medication administration when needed - A relatively consistent routine My schedule has a bit of a unique rhythm: I share custody of my dog, so every other month she's with me, and every other month I have full flexibility at home. On the months she's away, I open up for boarding and daycare in my apartment, in addition to my regular dog walking and drop-in visits. On the months she's with me, I keep walks and drop-ins going so I can still be there for your pup, just in a way that works best for everyone. I am always taking on new clients for dog walking as I am available all the time for that. Especially looking to have more repeat clients who need a routine walking schedule! My apartment is dog-friendly and calm. No chaos, no strangers cycling in and out. When your dog is here, it's just us, and they get my full attention. I'm attentive by nature, and with a reactive dog of my own, I've become someone who genuinely notices and responds to how an animal is feeling. I believe trust is built through communication, consistency, and honesty. I'll always be upfront with you, respond quickly to messages, and send updates so you know exactly how your pup is doing. About: I’ve been on Rover for the past 6 years and I have also had personal experience with taking care of dogs for about ten years. I have made house visits to my neighbors to care for their dogs while they were away and my family also has a dog of that I have taken care of for the past 12 years. I have always been an animal lover and I love to help in whatever ways that I can. Being able to combine my love for animals with my love for helping people by caring for their pets seems like the perfect part-time job to me. I’ve lived in Oak Park for a few years now so I’ve gotten to know the area well and I love getting to meet all the different animals around! (P.S. I’ll also take great pictures of your pets to send while you’re away) I am available full-time during the week and weekends and I have a pup of my own who would love to make some new friends in the area! I live in an apartment with a lot of parks nearby that I would plan on taking your pet. I have a very friendly pup of my own that loves to play as well.

About: I have 3 dogs of my own who I love, cherish, and take care of. I have walked dogs for my neighbors and family before, always ensuring the most safe and nurturing experience for them. Currently I am in school, but very flexible for walking on weekdays. I am always open to figuring something out that works around my schedule. About: I’m a dog mom of two - that don’t like other dogs/kids, so I have experience with challenging walks. They live with their grandparents for now, so I have a lots of love, and care to give :) I work pm (3-11:30pm) shifts in center city with random days off, so I’m mostly available in mornings/overnights or certain full days when I have off. My apartment complex has a great green area around the building where I can walk my babies when they visit me. They are allowed on the bed/couch, but they like to sunbath on the fluffy carpet as well. They have a separate area in the dining room so they have space to eat peacefully. My little one also likes to hide with his treats, especially under the bed or table:) I make sure they get enough walks, even when their stomach is bad in the middle of the night. I also like to take them to the Wissahickon park, they love car rides. I would make sure other babies feel comfortable just like mines / or to create a safe and comfortable environment with lots of attention.

About: Being the oldest, my siblings and pets were always my responsibility. Now that I’m grown I don’t have any kids however I have 5 dogs. I love the fur babies. People think I’m crazy for loving dogs so much. I think they’re crazy for not understanding. I do media coverage for events so my schedule is super flexible as the events aren’t every day. I shoot for a few hours then I have the rest of the day free. I treat pets and property with utmost respect and care. I don’t just do what I’m being paid to do. If something needs to be done I’ll do it as long as it’s approved. If your dog went to the bathroom, I’ll clean it up. Things like that.
